Rapid Repair Anmeldelser

Rapid Repair Gurgaon's basic operational method is : First earn trust in doing things right the first time, then keep ROBBING PEOPLE through the following times (the first time also the screen could be a cheap knockoff). THEY GAVE ME CHEAP QUALITY SCREEN REPLACEMENT SAYING IT WAS OEM EACH TIME. In the course of 1 1/2 years, I had to change my screen 2 more times after the first time. For the 3rd time again I am facing issues. SO DO NOT TRUST THEM. The first person to help was a Mr Gaurav... who was honest and good. Following times some Mr Vivek or Vikas helped me and he is a fraud. He is the one who did the work those times and just now I found out that my screen that was placed was cheap quality.

Great customer service, genuine parts, life time warranty and quick turn around.

All in all fantastic experience!!

Keep up the good work guys.

Good service

It's very good service i love that'

Great experience! Rapid Repair is the best company in India to repair apple devices like iphone, ipad, macbook etc....

Their communication is good as it should be to draw customers. But the promises made were not fulfilled. The warranty provided was never fulfilled and was not honoured by giving ridiculous reasons.

MACBOOK AIR 13 INCH BATTERY WAS REPLACED 6 MONTHS AGO, THE DEVICE IS STILL WORKING FINE

Repaired my iPhone 14 on the same day

I had an iPhone 12 battery replaced at the cost of $150 and the battery is worse then the one I got replaced, i just went into the store to talk to them about the problem and they could not care less and didn’t do anything as they said the battery is good and refused to look at it.

The people that work for Rapid Repair are just amazing, they do expedite their work quickly.. It usually starts with either you calling the shop and getting Gina on the phone or you're coming in and getting Gina at the front desk..He listens, gets you in ..he does his job very well. And when you go to Rapid Repair you know that the mechanics there are literally changing your oil or changing the brake pads or fixing your AC. It's not just yeah we got this and it's a whole set of other problems. They're very reliable.. a great team, an awesome shop. Rapid Repair you have a problem- a repair with your auto you need to call.. My sons go there, a couple of friends9 that I recommend and they have not ever been disappointed.

Had my sons pc repaired quick sevice have gone few times reasonable quick sevice very pleased 🤗

If I can click 0, I would , was told he would appear between 3 and 5, cancelled hospital appointment, and he didn't appear ,no message to say he wasn't going to come . Not reliable.

This company was booked through my insurance to do a paint job on my car (an uninsured driver scratched all down the side of mine buy not giving way in merging traffic!) They booked me in for January 24th 2024, they rang and said they could do it on 6th December 2023, sadly I had a medical appointment that day, so it was left at the original booking. Then a week before they ring and cancel 24th January appointment as they can't get the matching paint????? Well they had it in December so? Now I have to wait for another call to book it into one of their garages. Disgusting service all around as the accident was in AUGUST 2023.

The best service ever!! Home pickup and drop off from many towns across India. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Constant updates of the entire repair process (with photos & videos) from receipt to dispatch. Timelines are accurate as advised and I received mine a day earlier. All in all, an excellent, brilliant, the best service for your Apple and One+ products at a very reasonable cost. 10 Stars 👌🏻.
