Dylanni was so patient and clear in her instructions to guide me to the help I needed. As an older person, I appreciated the confidence she gave me and never did I feel belittled. Actually, over the years I have never felt that way with any of the agents that have helped me. They speak clearly and slowly. From their voice, I feel they love their job and genuinely want to help others.

Buggy Interface and No Access to Account
Buggy interface blocking me from accessing my money.
Raisin's interface is buggy and I can't access the money in my account. I've tried calling and troubleshooting the entire thing and I'm hitting dead ends. At some point this is just stealing, right?

Confusing Advertisement and Denied Advertised Bonus
I received a mailing from RaisinUS offering a bonus when setting up a new savings account. The bonus was dependent upon the amount deposited. Two different bonus codes were presented which was confusing. I chose one code and received a bonus substantially lower than what was advertised. I contacted the company and complained about the confusing codes and requested the amount that I should have received. My request was denied. This smacks of bait and switch. Be careful, this does not seem to be a reliable organization.

This was one of the best and easiest over the phone customer service interactions I’ve ever had. The lady that I spoke to Ashly Clark was kind and very easy to understand. She didn’t send me to anyone else or have to transfer me to another department which is absolutely amazing. She answered my questions and fixed the issue that I was having in under five minutes. Absolutely amazing 10/10 service.
