Very easy to setup, and connect with my external bank and get started. I also appreciate their helping me get the first time setup promotion even though I originaly over looked it. They have really good support!

Dylanni was great with assistance but .... I just wish she would try harder to not use her affirmative reply as yep but yes instead. Other than that she was knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. Your platform allows instant transfer from savings to cash account but does not allow instant flow from cash to another account.???? Tks Ken

I have nothing but praise for the Raisin platform & their team of helpful professionals. I am fortunate to have learned about Raisin 3 1/2 years ago. I recently had a disturbing issue with entering a new beneficiary on my account. I will not sugar coat this problem. However, the customer rep I was fortunate to deal with, Astou, was gracious, understanding, helpful. She solved my problem. Another fine employee, Connor, contacted me about the final resolution of my issues. He made no excuses. He simply explained the situation & how it was remedied. Both of these employees deserve to be commended. They have reinforced my decision made 3 1/2 years ago to invest my retirement funds on their platform. One of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you to Raisin & all their sincere, dedicated employees.

I have requested to close one of my savings accounts thru email. This request is completed promptly within hours not days, and without any back and forth. I am very impressed of their efficiency.
