I will never use railmonsters again. Firstly there’s no phone contact to make enquiries. I booked a Eurostar ticket from Brussels to London and 5 days to the trip I could amend the time of the trip to a more convenient time even with my readiness to pay for the change. I had to buy a new ticket using another provider.

I came across Rail Monsters for the first time and by chance. But their service is excellent. The speed with which they processed my order can be described as express. But the solution to the problem (incorrectly set travel date), after purchasing tickets for the HSR in Taiwan, honestly shocked me in the most positive way. We are more than satisfied with their services. Better said, excited! When, in the future, we need to buy travel tickets for some trips around the world, we will definitely turn to Rail Monsters. Rail Monsters is a great company to deal with. I booked 6 ticket a few months in advance and needed to make a change of dates. I requested a change on line and with 30 minutes the change was completed with no hassle. Then there was a slight error on one ticket and I request a correction and that only took 10 minutes to fix. Excellent customer care. I would highly recommend this company.

Those we have been in touch with could not have been more helpful when booking tickets for Bullet Trains in Japan. We have generally made bookings over the phone rather than online in the past but Rail Monsters explained everything fully and clearly, and made the whole process very easy.

I did make request to change my travel schedule which has been handled by team promptly/positively and within short time my train schedule has been changed as per request, it shows monsters care team is very committed to their customers and I highly appreciate it.

Honestly, this app deserves an award. So easy to use and everything is in the right place. They even changed my ticket when I reserved the wrong time by mistake. Excellent app!!
