I bought a Eurostar ticket through Rail Monsters, assuming it was an official ticket provider. Only after purchase did I realize it was a reseller. The exact same ticket was available on the official Eurostar website for almost half the price. The ticket appears to be valid, but the markup is excessive and not obvious during the booking process. I would recommend checking prices directly with Eurostar before buying here.

I needed a tax invoice and within 48 hours I had it via customer service. They even sent me a draft to review before confirmiing everything was completed.

I had contacted Rail Monster on their website to ask for a receipt that I could not locate.
I was replied within 2 minutes by Vince who advised me on how to locate the receipt that had been sent. Unfortunately I couldn't and asked for it to be sent again.
Again two minutes later Vince replied and sent the receipt. I was so pleased for such a smooth and fast resolution and really want to thank Vince for their efficiency, kindness and speed. It really does make the difference for customers!

However, Rail Monsters sneaks their own predatory administrative terms into the fine print.I am now being charged $140 just to cancel—nearly 30% of the ticket price—for a service that is supposed to be free. This company is a third-party middleman that adds zero value and hides massive cancellation penalties that the actual train operator doesn't charge.They are essentially price-gouging customers under the guise of "convenience." Save yourself the money and the headache: BOOK DIRECTLY WITH EUROSTAR. This site is a trap for hidden fees.
