Charged €1,011 for a Eurostar Paris–London leg (11 Aug 2026) that Eurostar sells direct for €703 — a 43% markup on the same train and class. Worse, a youth passenger was charged the full adult fare with no discount applied. Book directly at eurostar.com and avoid the inflated fares here.

In the end, we were able to change our booking to a morning trip, and they arranged the change for us right away\. They were very helpful, responsive, and easy to reach by email\.

I wanted to book tickets on Eurostar…
I wanted to book tickets on Eurostar which I now know to be £200 for 2 people return. When I typed in Eurostar it popped up with this site as first, it looks like Eurostar. I went into it and paid £358 for the same tickets. I informed them of my mistake within 4 hours and they would only refund the £200 which is the original price of the tickets. Over 80% mark up, absolutely terrible and a scam! Don’t use them make sure you check as the companies that provide the service are a lot cheaper, your paying for the website only and nothing else!

Never use railmonster again
I’m giving this rate because i can’t give them zero! Tickets cost twice the price and we had a very poor service. We’ve got 2 tickets, we received them in an email folder different from the confirmation message. Costumer service was not helpful and we ended buying tickets at the railway station, half the price. On top of that we weren’t reimbursed. Worse is almost impossible!!!

I booked a train ticket from Jeddah airport, Saudi Arabia to Madinah.
The process took less than 5 minutes and I got my ticket in the email around 1 hour later.

I was in Japan last week and needed a way to buy JR train tickets, and this site popped up. After purchasing through them, I realized it is a total trap 🪤:
Two train tickets that were actually worth 24,000 JPY were sold on their website for 41,000 JPY.
When I discovered this and asked to cancel the order, they deducted a 17,000 JPY service fee. Isn't that completely over the top? What an absolute cash grab!

The customer service I received from Rail Monsters was exceptional. I had a question about tickets for our trip in February 2027 to Japan that were purchased through Travelodeal.
