I bought items from Raico store and they are awesome, great quality and finish but what was even better was the service from the Founder, Ash. All round a fantastic company.

Happy with the product, packaging looked old and damaged. Was ok as it was for me but I would have sent back if it was a gift.

Very easy purchase, arrived on time and very pleased with the desk shelf and tray. I had a query about receiving order in 2 separate packages which was promptly answered.

Fast delivery and great products. I had a small issue with one product received. They responded very quickly and a replacement was received in 2 days. Very impressed. Would use again.

Web site easy to read and we found exactly what we wanted.
The oak side tables we purchased are superb. Excellent quality and they’ll last a lifetime.
Pity they don’t do a small oak desk

Ordered the large desk shelf with tray to match and I was not disappointed! The quality of the products are incredible. I searched long and hard, scouring the likes of Amazon and Ikea and there is nothing close to the style and quality of Raico products. They are solid, weighty and exceptionally well-designed so I was happy to pay the price.

I had no problem with my delivery but I think its a tad unfair to mark the company down due to issues with an outsourced delivery company.

Highly recommended! Looking forward to seeing further products from the Raico Store.

After waiting for the black oak table I was so delighted, the table is just what I wanted

Super quick delivery, dead easy to assemble and looks great. On a practical note, it's the perfect height for my monitors and, although it's expensive, it finishes my desk off in a really high-end way.

Really well-made product and looks excellent.

I purchased a large desk shelf, shelf drawer & desk matt from Raico and I have to say I've been really impressed by the quality of their products and the speed in which I received them, especially given that one of the products (The large desk shelf) was only available to pre-order but still arrived within a week.

I already own similar products manufactured by Grovemade in the US, which are also brilliant but the import taxes and shipping costs do them very expensive to buy in the UK and the shipping times are also much longer.

I'd say the Raico products are completely comparable in terms of quality with Grovemade and you could even argue that they are held together more securely due to the fixings they use. The shelf is incredibly easy and intuitive to put together and can be done in under 5 mins using just a philips head screwdriver.

They look great on your desk and I'd definitely buy more products from this company in the future.

I purchased the Walnut desk shelf. Product is beautifully made and really high quality. There was an issue with the delivery (courier issue, not Raico), which was immediately resolved by Raico. Great product and great service.

Excellent product and very good customer service.

Great customer service and premium products at a reasonable price.

I had one small issue with a delivery which was courier related but they very quickly resolved this in a short amount of time.

Can't fault them and look forward to seeing what they come out with on the future.

Quality product, terrible communication. Messaged twice for a VAT invoice but haven’t heard back.

Extremely well packaged! And very high quality at an affordable price. Delivery was also faster than expected.

item as described, good quality and prompt delivery.

Really well made and just the job!

Loving the desk shelf. Looked at many others before choosing this.

Definitely recommend.

Fast delivery & lovely desk shelf. Only minor criticism is in relation to the quality of the print of the instructions .. just made the otherwise high quality product feel a little more like a flat pack product. A minor complaint. Overall, a fantastic desk shelf, which looks great on my American walnut desk.
