Beautiful quality items, fast dispatch, really well packaged, and the customer service team were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this company.

Schnelle Lieferung und gut verpackt. Gerne wieder.

Well made, nicely finished, and easy to assemble.

Good product (oak side table) at a reasonable price. Seamless process beginning to end.

Really pleased with the luxury shelf overall!
The craftsmanship and design are beautiful and it fits perfectly in my space. There was a small flaw on arrival, but the team responded quickly (just a day's time), proposed a fair solution, and even helped with delivering a small gift item I had forgotten to include in the original order. That kind of service goes a long way!

I’d give it a solid 4.8 stars, just accounting for the minor defect. Definitely looking forward to getting a few add-ons from them later on.

Overall good. The products seem to be of high quality and shipping was relatively fast.
Two minor complaints:
1. My order was for some reason split into two packages that were shipped separated, which made tracking pretty confusing.
2. The desk shelf had a few small scratches. Fortunately not in any spots were they will be visible when I use the shelf, but still a bit disappointing considering the price.

Super happy with this product! It does exactly what I needed and more. I had a bit of a hiccup with the delivery, but the team was amazing. Really helpful and sorted it out quickly. Honestly, can’t recommend them enough!

Exactly what I wanted. Arrived quickly and was simple to assemble.

Profi obchod. Takřka exkluzivní zboží za přijatelnou cenu.

Fantastic quality product at a more reasonable price than some competitors who also have hidden shipping/ import costs. Raico have a UK base which has several advantages, including really quick and convenient shipping and delivery.

Good customer service! Quick to respond. I had an issue with the drawer and they immediately offered to send a new one.

Very easy to order and delivery was prompt. Excellent product and really good quality. Looks fantastic on the desk and compliments the speakers / set up that I have built.

Amazing product, good customer service and fast delivery!

Good quality products. Better customer service.
Hoping they will produce more choices/lines in the future.

Quick and timely delivery. Beautiful side table for my office.

Desk Shelf is Gorgeous! I got the walnut and black desk shelf and I'm so happy with it, it's really transformed my desk and decluttered it now that I have more vertical space and a place to put my stuff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there's a lack of communication as far as when to expect to receive my order. I had to reach out to customer support to ask them when I should expect the desk shelf because after I ordered I didn't hear anything for 4 days. There should be better communication so the customer can know when to expect their delivery.

Ordered a beautiful artisan made oak side table in black and it was delivered to time as promised. The table needed to have its legs attached, easy to do and everything needed was provided. I’m a happy customer and the table called Japandi is just gorgeous. Many thanks

Moving from 1 star to 3 stars. Raico has addressed my concerns in a satisfactory way. I did have multiple product quality issues.
