Our family ordered a personal alarm / sudden falls wristband home/garden monitor for our 90 year old mother, who has some mobility issues.
We chose Radius Connect24 based on recommendations from acquaintances as well as other customer reviews.
The family are very impressed by the range of the wristband and the monitor throughout the house and the garden outside.
The response centre staff have been excellent and it's reassuring to know that there's a monthly test option to provide peace of mind.

Everything was fine all the equipment was there and I had no need to ask anyone about it

Kept in touch checking we were ok until my friend sorted out how to set it up properly

So far so good. We having had to use it yet, but dad keeps setting the alarm off and you always respond very quickly.

Getting set up on the Connect24 system was so quick and easy. I arranged it all online and the equipment arrived within a few days. The service is very efficient and the call handlers are all so friendly and helpful, even when just testing the alarm every 6 weeks. I have so much peace of mind knowing that my mum has the emergency button if needed. I can highly recommend Radius Connect24.

It was so easy to set this service up for my mum. Thankfully she hasn't had cause to use her alarm yet but it is great that there are regular checks done to ensure the equipment is working.

Got device 3 weeks ago and can not get it to work despite several attempts and contact with office. I’ve been told 3 times someone will ring me and I’m still waiting. Not impressed!

My brother had got a watch with alarm from this business,watch came and one strap was hanging off,looked like it had been a returned item...watch not working .and was told engineer would phone ...1 week later still no phonecall,....watch will be sent back

The lady I spoke to was lovely and answered all my questions. She advised me of the process and the cost etc and made everything straightforward.

This was an extremely easy process when purchasing the watch monitor for my mother. I had looked at numerous companies, but in the end decided to go with Radius as they were a local NI company which I felt was important should my mother ever need to have the support of the team in the event of a fall or accident. It was a simple order online, and then good email support from David in the team, providing me timely advise as to when I would receive the watch. Item was dispatched the day after ordering, fully loaded with all our personal email and phone numbers (for 4 people), and received with 3 days of ordering. The verification process on receipt was also extremely easy. Gives both my mum and ourselves peace of mind that she has the support 24/7 if she needs it.
