I found the order process straightforward. Delivery of the alarm watch was prompt. It came with easy to understand instructions. My father was able to carry out the test call without difficulty. I had a query about the PanPan app function. This was dealt with quickly. The service so far has been excellent and inspires confidence.

From my first call to your company I was well informed and reassured at all times. On receipt of the apparatus the guide was very straight forward.

This is a support for elderly people and sojd elderly people do not have access to the internet ,which means an extra cost !!
This is for the safety of elderly people and not all elderly people have access to the internet which this new panic button needs to be set up ,now she has to go to extra expense to connect to internet!!

We’d like to reassure you that our equipment does not require an internet connection to work. The system operates using a built-in 4G SIM card, so there is no need for broadband or Wi-Fi. It simply needs to be plugged into an electrical socket.

Application process
It was easy to start the application online and this was quickly followed up by a sales representative who talked me through the process. The call button arrived within 3 days and the setting up was straight forward.

8My mother is 90 years of age and is reliant on this service. Alarm went of to say it was a test and when she push button as requested was unable to get through just message to say call would be answered as soon as possible.
When she finally got through was to they were short staffed and only 2 staff on duty until 8am next morning.
I wonder what would have happened had she fallen etc and needed help
So she has now chosen to terminate her contract as they also Increased price from £9 to £15 per month and she is fearful if she needed help immediately it would not be available

I’m very sorry to hear about your mother’s experience – I completely understand how worrying this must have been, especially given how important it is to feel confident that help is there when needed.
We have looked into the call you mentioned, and it was answered within 127 seconds. While this is longer than our usual response time, it is still within our operational capacity. As a TSA-accredited service, we answer approximately 98.5% of our calls within 30 seconds, so this was not the level of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise that we did not meet our usual standard on this occasion.
Please be assured that this was an isolated incident, and we continuously monitor staffing levels to ensure our customers receive a prompt and reliable response at all times. The safety and reassurance of our customers is our top priority.
With regard to the price increase, this is due to the national upgrade from analogue to digital telephone networks, which requires us to provide updated, digital-compatible equipment to ensure the service continues to operate safely and reliably in the future.
I’m also sorry to hear that your mother has decided to cancel her service. We will give your mum a call to offer our apologies and address any concerns directly.
