Just ordered another set of covers! Initially ordered three for my lounge. High quality, gorgeous high gloss finish and beautiful design. Initially I was concerned about the large gap between the pattern and the edge but now totally love it, they hide ugly radiators and make a beautiful shelf. Just ordered kitchen and hallway covers and really excited to get them. Thanks to John for being so understanding as I’ve tweaked my order a few times and he has been so understanding with the changes. Thanks!

I have paid the outstanding balance and can I just say thank you. Thanks for a wonderful job - the two lads who visited to measure and then fit were great ambassadors for your company and I am really pleased with the finished product. I'm sure more orders from friends will be coming in the months ahead.

Unfortunately I have never previously had the misfortune to have dealt with companies as bad as this one, initially they lost my measurements and delayed responding or no one was available to take the order, I made allowances because of the current climate. I paid fully up front in good faith and waited over six weeks for delivery. Eventually my cabinet was delivered by a really great guy but unfortunately the nightmare continues it was damaged in three places, but the driver did not inspect until after fitting to the wall. The driver agreed that I should request a replacement and telephoned his boss whom told him to go outside so I could not hear their conversation??? He then wanted to do an on-site repair with screws and no paint, I refused because it was not appropriate and requested a replacement. The driver confirmed he was not a joiner or cabinet maker, and did not have the necessary tools with him.They have completely refused to replace, I said they could collect and issue a full refund providing they make good the wall. All I got back was very rude messages which I would be happy to show anyone on request. I sent all correspondence to my bank whom have looked into the whole nightmare and refunded my credit card. The Radiator Company are still refusing to replace or make good my now damaged walls if the item is returned and to add insult to injury are now threatening me with Late payment charges and interest. Which is not written into their terms and conditions of sale. I would be extremely happy to pay for a replacement but instead have been called lots of rude and negative names.
They evidently think they are above consumer legislation and the law. Thankfully there are lots of really good companies out there but my advice is stay away from this one

From the beginning to the end the company have been extremely efficient and provided a great and personable service. Quality product delivered and fitted as promised. Very pleased with the stylish outcome. Would definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this company ! 5 stars plus !!!! The response to my queries were prompt ! I had a unusual bespoke item and they delivered beyond . The product arrived fully assembled and the driver Brian was superb could not have been more helpful! The product is of high quality and made extremely well. I would like to thank John and his team for a fantastic product and service !

The quality of my radiator cover was excellent, very solid and well made. It made my very plane hallway look glamorous and stylish. It was delivered on time and very well packaged. I would definitely recommended this company and will be ordering more from them in the future.

First rate professional service. So glad I opted for the (slightly more expensive) custom fitting. John and Brian did a splendid job, taking the time and effort to ensure that the project was to my (exacting!) requirements. Doubt I will ever need their services again unless I move (unlikely!!) as they’ve done such a good job. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I am delighted with the radiator cabinets John has installed at my Regency period apartment. There isn’t a straight line in the place, but the fitting is perfect. It’s absolutely worth having a professional come in and do the measuring and fitting properly.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a cabinet mid may, the order was supposed to arrive late June. When it didn’t I contacted them, they replied with a rude email, with still no expected date. When a currier called a week later to say it wad being delivered at 3pm on Monday 12rh July, I had to arrange for my children to be picked up from school. My husband then got a txt to say, it wasn’t coming that day it would be next week. I then called the mobile number on my invoice to be greeted with an extremely rude man, who spoke over me constantly. The call ended where he said forget it I’ll send your money back. He put the phone down on me. I was totally shocked by whom was supposed to be the owner of the company, I urge no one to buy from them, and have to receive the appalling customer service o received.

I am so happy with my beautiful radiator covers. The four covers were custom made and installed by John for a fantastic finish that was required for these beautiful pieces of furniture. Excellent service provided from start to finish was unbeatable, prompt, professional, which is rare these days. I would highly this company. So happy 😊😊

Excellent quality, made to measure and wide range of styles and colours to choose from. Cabinet arrived in perfect condition and fitted exactly as required. Delivery driver was friendly, sent us estimated time of delivery and updated us when he was unfortunately held up in heavy traffic.

Very happy customer - we wanted a more contemporary look to replace the traditional ones that were already in the apartment. They are beautiful! We cannot fault the quality or the finish. We are so glad we went with John's recommendation for the finish, it's perfect. The standard of customer care was very high. John did the survey and returned to fit them. He was friendly, helpful, respectful of our home, and really paid attention to detail with the fitting. We highly recommend the company. Never thought I'd be this excited by radiator cabinets!
