Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Waited for delivery, chased after 10 days via e-mail - no response. Then called and spoke to unhelpful staff who advised we don’t tell you when you will get your order until it has left - even when they are late!!
Having received the response below with refund I read the other trustpilot reviews. clearly this is a small business run by an owner with a real attitude and no concept of customer service.
I have now sourced the same spec for less from a reputable company which has responded promptly and have customer service.
AVOID RADIATOR CABINETS AT ALL COSTS

All our designs are made up to order so delivery within 10 days is impossible unfortunately especially for Extra Large Cabinets. We have provided a full refund but please feel free to contact us in a calmer moment so we can discuss this further and find a solution that works for you. Well made, top quality, good design that looks great.
Made to bespoke measurements to fit an odd sized radiator that we couldn't find a cover for anywhere. This was made to fit perfectly.
Great communication with John to make sure all the measurements were correct.

Very helpful, the seller explained with “how to” pictures and fast replied to all my questions. The key thing is the final product is beautifully fitted even my radiator is not the straightforward case. Thanks to the seller and will order another one soon.

Excellent company - quality product
We have just installed our radiator cover from Radiator Cabinets Uk and what a beautiful piece of furniture it is. The experience from beginning to end was very good. All done online, the website was very informative and gave very good advice on measuring etc for the cover. The cover we had made was made to match our existing furniture after dropping off a swatch for a match and it’s extremely well matched. Thank you John for all the help, it’s nice to receive something very well made these days

Baroque Radiator Cabinet
Great experience end-to-end. Ordering via their website was very slick with a couple of direct follow-ups on colour and sizing. No problems at all and cabinet arrived well packaged and looks great in our hall, a lovely feature. I had actually gone a bit off piste and not mentioned it to my wife as a surprise and she really likes it. Top quality workmanship. Would highly recommend and use them again in the future.

I an so so glad I found this company. From start to finish the service has been excellent .The quality of work is simply outstanding .Such care is taken in the home and the finished result is beautiful.
