WOW! Fandabidosie.
WOW! The radiator cabinet has certainly lived up to expectations. All done online with photos to measure around the radiator.
It’s absolutely spot on. They have painted it to our requirements to match the walls and it’s amazing.
I can’t recommend them enough. Packaging for transit was fabulous, it was very well protected.
We will definitely use again.

Bespoke radiator cover
We have a very long radiator that isn’t a standard size so we chose the bespoke option. The process was seamless and the product is excellent. Very well made and extremely well finished- had a custom paint colour and it is perfect.

The radiator cabinet looks stylish and well made. The front panel in particular is attractive and made to a high standard. Paint finish not as requested but that is my only complaint. Overall satisfied.

I can confirm that the outstanding part was posted as promised—please let me know if you’d like the tracking details.
Regarding the paint finish, this is a chargeable upgrade, which was not requested or paid for, so it wasn’t included in your order. However, we did provide skirting board cutouts at no additional cost.
We’ve also tried reaching you to resolve this, but your number goes to voicemail. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll be happy to assist.

The lead time was accurate (a few days ahead) and on arrival I was so happy with the two cabinets. Fantastic quality, ready to slot in and easy to fix to wall will a YouTube video in dispatch email even! Four clips fit each panel at front and unfortunately one clip was broken. I emailed and they popped a couple in the post for me. Great communication and customer service from start to finish

My husband and I saved for 5 years to…
My husband and I saved for 5 years to do the work we wanted in our retirement home. sadly he died before we could embark upon it. I had boiler replaced, walls knocked down and re-plastered and as a little luxury an expensive radiator cover to hide a very ugly radiator in my hallway. All work was instigated at the same time and everything is done, but still not radiator cover. Arrived unfinished, screws supplied to fix panels went right through to the other side and the only response I got was human error. Now almost 3 months after I ordered it I still have only a front panel. I have asked for my money back with no response.
Update
Well I finally got a response after my review and a new dispatch notice was emailed to me - unfortunately it had the wrong address on this notification so I'm not hopeful.

Thank you for leaving this feedback.
I have looked into the details; The cabinet was delivered at the end of July, four weeks after you placed the order. You flagged up an issue and a member of our team drove from a project in London for over two and a half hours to retrieve the cabinet and get it back to our workshop to resolve the problem.
We explained the panel would need to be remade, which it has been, and we have sent courier details to show it’s on the way back to you. This is an eight week timeframe altogether from ordering, so I’m not sure where the three months comes from.
We are always happy to provide customers with updates when politely requested.
I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, my sincerest condolences. Your cabinet is absolutely stunning and I hope when it’s delivered and fixed in place it provides that finishing touch to your renovation project.
Of course if you decide you don’t want the cabinet I’ll get you refunded and organise for it to be collected again.

This is the only address available on the courier system to select in this postcode. The company and the driver will contact you directly in any case. The shipment was organised prior to your review. It’s likely the wording of your emails as to why you weren’t receiving updates.
