Will Never Use Rac Again
It is only when you need to claim you find out how good your insurance company is.
No fault car accident, all the rac did was handover to solicitors, that interrotgated me. Car was eventually written off, every step of the way was a struggle. 10 months later, summoned to court as a witness over costs of the hire car. Not the level of customer care i expected when trusting the name Rac

My initial offer for renewal was higher than i had expected or hoped, so decided not to renew. I then had second thoughts and contacted them again, i thought they might not entertain my call, but they did and I asked them to review the renewal amount. I spent time with one of their staff looking through the insurance quote and searching for a better deal.
A better deal was found and i was glad to renew. I do like to remain loyal to a provider, they represent good value for money and the staff invested time with me to get me an excellent deal.

Been with the RAC for Three years
Been with the RAC for Three years, it's a good insurance only if rescue package it's included as it comes extremely cheap. Otherwise prices are extremely cheaper everywhere else

5 star service
There was nothing we had to do except check the insurance and that was it. It’s such a great way to be able to relax and not have to worry or start ringing round to compare prices we had lots of quotes via email of which none came close to this one. So only a positive experience. I have just realised I only pressed 4 stars when it’s actually a 5 star service
