I completely understand how frustrating it is to see a price increase, particularly when you have over three decades of safe driving under your belt and a clean history without any claims. Premiums across the industry are often influenced by wider market factors such as rising repair costs, inflation, and general industry risk shifts, which can unfortunately affect renewal prices regardless of an individual's excellent driving track record.
I understand this doesn’t change your experience, but by logging your feedback, we hope it may help change the process in the future.
