Ho ordinato un lettino arrivato con imballaggio in buone condizioni ma il prodotto è danneggiato. Ho seguito la procedura per segnalare la problematica, tramite apposito modulo reclami, inviata foto del prodotto e fattura.
Non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Telefonicamente irraggiungibili a qualsiasi ora risponde il messaggio automatico, senza alcuna possibilità di parlare con un operatore. Assistenza nulla.

In totaal 4 zeepdispensers gekocht via de webshop.
De webshop vermeldt dat deze dispensers gemaakt zijn uit RVS. Dit is niet juist: enkel de bevestigingsplaat is gemaakt uit RVS, de rest is verchroomd staal. Deze dispensers hangen op in de douche en zijn helemaal aan het oxideren, roesten. Ze laten zelfs roestsporen achter op de wandtegels!
Oplossing die Quirumed aanbiedt: terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs. Dit is geen goede oplossing omdat er reeds gaten geboord werden in de wandtegels om de dispensers op te hangen.
Quirimed laat ons dus in de kou staan!

Scarsa qualità del prodotto e complesso iter per il reso.
Ho acquistato un lettino da massaggio pieghevole Wellcore con schienale ribaltabile in alluminio (185 x 65), e devo purtroppo dire che la qualità del prodotto è decisamente bassa per quello che riguarda i supporti esterni di testa e braccia: instabili e con raccordi molto sottili che mi danno da pensare sulla durata che avrà il prodotto. Stessa situazione per lo schienale reclinabile.
Provando a esercitare il diritto di recesso ci si trova a dover restituire in Spagna e a spese proprie un prodotto consegnato da un magazzino italiano, che potrebbero invece ritirare qui loro, e una serie di altre strette clausole per nulla user-friendly che lasciano a discrezione del venditore la possibilità di concedere, negare e in che quantità erogare l'eventuale rimborso dopo valutazione delle condizioni del prodotto e del metodo di spedizione. Chiaramente davanti al rischio di trovarmi di fronte ad una importante perdita di denaro e di tempo terrò l'acquisto.
Lasciando in secondo piano la regolamentazione per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso (ad ogni modo ben visibile e che doveva essere consultata meglio da me prima dell'acquisto facendomi eventualmente desistere dall'eseguirlo), il prodotto è di qualità insufficiente per un utilizzo professionale. Sconsiglio ad altri di effettuarlo ed eviterò a mia volta di ripetere in futuro.

Be aware of hidden costs - stay away
Their products seem good, but their customer service is terrible.
There are hidden fees which are not mentioned clearly in their website.
They ask additional payment just before the delivery. The courier company says it’s about custom fees. How a regular UK client could know this?
However, we had to pay the hidden fees, but we are still waiting the delivery. No answer to mails and calls.
We will never buy anything from their company.
Edit after 19 days:
Shipment partially delivered with 8 day delay. We are still waiting for updates about the remaining pieces but it is impossible to get a clear answer from the TNT courier nor Quirumed. AI is answering and repeating non helpful explanations.

I will write in English: all problems were eventually solved, but the process did not go so well. Firstly, it took too long for the delivery (more than 2 months!). Then, when I made a phone call in order to enquire what was going on, the person who answered adopted a "business like" posture and did not try to understand the annoyance of the customer. She hanged up on me! Then, finally, only half the product was delivered. This last problem was quickly corrected by the transporting company. In summary, it was a bit of an ordeal!

3 días para que me confirmaran el pago por transferencia. Una vez la reciben 9 Mayo dicen el pedido lo recibirá en: 24-48 h laborales (Península). Hoy a 19 Mayo aún no lo he recibido. Más de 10 días esperando el pedido que lo necesitaba urgentemente el 9 de mayo y entre que no recibian el dinero (o eso dicen.. ya que les adjunte la transferencia de pago) y la mentira de entregas en 24/48, es para no volver a comprar nunca más.

Sentimos enormemente la demora y las molestias ocasionadas.
Al hacer la compra, uno de los productos seleccionados no estaba en stock. Por ello se realizó el envío del producto que sí que estaba disponible, quedando a la espera este último.
El proveedor ha tenido problemas para enviarnos este producto y por ello hasta día de hoy no hemos podido enviarlo.
Como has solicitado, estamos cancelando este producto de tu pedido para hacer el abono.

Product amazing and service great- im confused at some of the criticism the companies received as my experience was fantastic from start to end. I was able to purchase a chiropractic bench with great discount and free shipping all the way from Spain. The courier provided updated information through and Quirumeds customer service was great when I had any queries, they have a direct line that you can call and speak to an actual helpful human.
The product arrived sooner than expected bearing in mind it was an international delivery and was delivery in great condition no issues at all. If in two minds about Quirumed they seem to be legit and any doubts just call them direct they're customer service is great especially in 2025 where all other companies use chat bots.

Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Quirumed. Nowhere during the checkout process was it made clear that additional taxes or customs charges would apply for deliveries outside the EU. I only found out about the extra fees after my order had been shipped—leaving me stuck with an unexpected bill that significantly increased the total cost. This lack of transparency feels misleading and unprofessional. If you’re ordering internationally, be warned: Quirumed does not provide upfront information about import taxes or duties. I won’t be ordering from them again.

After ordering a battery and a new electric wheelchair, the battery never arrived and still have no refund, and when the chair finally arrived (late!!) it was damaged and unusable. Contacted their customer service over a week ago and still no responce or resolution! Meanwhile my disabled wife is housebound due to their ineptitude in responding.
They are based in Spain but have a specific UK website so make it appear as if they have a physical presence in the UK! They do not!
Stay away from this company, go for one with better service, one you can actually speak to, one in the UK.
Buy at your peril!!

direi che se dopo 6 mesi , le parti che voi definite usurabili, sono già rotte il prodotto è di pessima qualità, come del resto purtroppo è evidente nelle numerosi recensioni negative, in base alla vostra politica ogni 6 mesi dovrei comprare un pezzo di ricambio. E' una truffa

Compré un autoclave hace 15 días por un importe de 1400 € con entrega entre 24 48 horas y 15 días. Después no lo he recibido. Cuando intento contactar con el servicio de posventa me esquivan al ver mi número de teléfono tengo que llamar desde otros teléfonos para que me atiendan. 15 días después no tengo el autoclave en mi clínica con el consecuente perjuicio he tenido que devolver el dinero a una paciente por una operación y no me justifican se escudan en la empresa de mensajería pero no me lo entregan. Reciba mensajes a diario diciendo que antes de las 8:00 de la tarde será entregada y no me lo entregan. Es como el cuento del Lugo, cobraron el día 25 de abril y a día 5 de mayo no tengo el autoclave .
Me siento completamente estafada y desatendida por Qum, nunca más realizar un pedido con ellos.
Un servicio completamente decepcionante y poco profesional.

Sentimos muchísimo las molestias ocasionadas.
Como nos has solicitado, hemos solicitado a la agencia que nos devuelva el producto para poder hacer la devolución con rapidez.
En nuestro caso una vez recibimos la transferencia, 29 de abril, salió rápidamente y desde se momento lo ha tenido la agencia.
Le hemos reclamado la entrega en varias ocasiones pero ha tenido algún inconveniente puntual, lo sentimos muchísimo.
Hacemos seguimiento para poder hacerte el abono cuanto antes.
