I wish I could give this company a zero star. Similar to the experiences of the other people I was advertised a free download of colorful instructions and step-by-step pictures. Only to get to the process of checking out and they indicate oh you will only get a text file you won't get the color file with the step-by-step pictures and I was like okay. The price for the color upgrade was not noted anywhere on the page but I thought to myself how much could it be for it to be in color. $50! I immediately contacted customer service to get a refund. I was told that the product is a digital product and they can't offer any refunds or changes. I informed her that I haven't received the digital product so it shouldn't be a problem for you to offer any refunds. I have emailed them several times asking what is the link to the digital product I haven't gotten anything yet. Ultimately I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit card.

The company advertises a color photo instruction book for a "limited-time, processing fee only" (which was $7.00). You add it to your cart and they add an additional $50 of "heavily discounted bonus content" which I removed and proceeded to lay for just the book. AFTER my payment went through I was offered to upgrade to the color version for $49.99, and without doing so, I would receive a text only copy. I have already reached out to the company for a refund.

Edit: I have also started receiving an influx of spam emails that I did not sign up for, within an hour of this purchase.

They advertise quilling instruction book that is full-color with pictures. AFTER you pay for it, they ask if you want to UPGRADE to the color version instead of the black & white text-only version. This is of no use to me, so I am trying to get a refund. Don't fall for this bait & switch!
