Very Disappointing Experience - Unable to Return Items Due to Website Issues
I recently bought a few items from Quiksilver's UK website, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve tried multiple times to initiate a return, but the website simply doesn’t work. There seems to be a bug or glitch in their return process – I can’t even get past the return request page! I’ve tried on different devices and browsers, but the issue persists. It’s extremely disappointing, especially since I’m stuck with an item that I don't want to keep and can’t even return it. For a brand that I trust, this is incredibly frustrating. I hope Quiksilver fixes this issue quickly, as I’m now questioning whether I’ll ever shop here again if their online service is so unreliable.

Returned an item and I've not received my refund. I've tried contacting them but with no luck. All I get is virtual assistants, which do not resolve the issue.

Disgraceful customer service. They are not shipping the items I purchased and they do not respond. Do not buy anything with Quiksilver!
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Ordered three T-shirts and they messed up the delivery request - delivering them to the billing address rather then the requested delivery address so that cost me as I had to forward the delivery on.
Now I’ve returned one of the T-shirts as per their process as a member of their loyalty plan. (Don’t sign up to it all, they bombard you with spam emails). I have Evri return info and receipt and the parcel hasn’t moved for 10 days and says to contact the seller (Quiksilver).
When I contacted Quiksilver there is no interest and you are told to wait. The enquiry form wasn’t read properly and upon replying to it I’ve had no interest.
The only way of contacting them is through an awful “enquiry form” on their website. Looks like I’ll be contacting my card provider.
I thought a larger clothes company like this would be better - I’m finding more of these “surf clothing style” companies are all owned by awful larger couldn’t care less companies. Wish I’d seen the reviews.

Unable to get refund for returned item. Have Evri notification that return was received 13.02.25.
Customer services have been contacted 5 times. Each time only an autogenerated response that does not answer the question is supplied, and any replies made to this are not responded to, causing huge frustration and no way of progressing. Considering this is a huge international company it is a joke.
Impossible to get through to customer service phone line. End up on hold and then the calls cut off after around 15 minutes.
So you can't email them. You can't call them. You're stuck!!!
Poor quality snow wear
Poor quality snow wear. I recently purchased a pair of snow pants and after only three days of wear, the colour has washed out significantly, which I find unacceptable for a product designed for outdoor conditions.
I reached out to their team, but the response indicated this is considered "wear and tear." However, I strongly disagree, as such deterioration after minimal use, and without exposure to artificial snow, should not be deemed normal.

Tbh I have never had a bad experience with Quicksilver in delivering my good. This is my 3rd order in the past few months. Cargo trousers in concrete and grey Large. They have been a perfect fit and the right length and a quality product. Hence my 3rd pair I have brought. Yes delivery takes about a week but they where sent from France. Customer service has always replied when I have asked for a delivery time. My last order I received today was posted by Royal mail and previous was by DPD
Please don't use this company
I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. They took my money and there was zero communication, no email, no confirmation number and no delivery status. The item was eventually delivered a week after they were supposed to arrive. I contacted their support team when i didn't receive a confirmation email and there has been no response. I can't believe a big company like this is such a shambles.
Travis Rice Gore-Tex Pro - Bib Snow Pants for Men
I bought these in the sale at the back end of last season and three days into my first trip they split at the front seam as I bent over nearly doing the splits to help my kid skiing, and the seam popped at the front seam, not the most elegant manoeuvre, but they shouldn't have popped. Also some minor tears on the rear from nothing I noted of significance - for a premium product this is a disgrace and no joy from customer service - they said its a sizing problem and no further contact.
Avoid these snow products as they are poor quality and made of paper compared to other premium products. I've never had this issue with other brands.
Stick to PROPER snowboard/ski brands Quiksilver products are garbage and so is their customer service.
I will never buy another Quiksilver product and would advise you not to either.
Terrible - avoid at all cost
Terrible. Never respond to questions via email about stuffing up orders or refunds.
They then have the audacity to send the following message when you do email them. If they were not so bad they would not get so many emails!
“We just wanted to let you know that we are currently experiencing very high contact volumes and consequently our response time may be delayed.
Please be assured that we are doing our best to respond to you as quickly as possible.
To help us deal more efficiently with your request, we kindly ask you to not send us multiple messages as this will slow down our response time”.

Shocking customer service the hoodies was terriblequalityas well hence why i returned them, very thin and cheaply made, no contact number and when you email no one replies.

shipping date kept changing.
Basically item wasn't in stock in England(not informed of this until I tracked the parcel to Netherlands and Belgium)
Parcel was never actually received by DPD.
DPD told me they contacted Quiksilver on the first day of arranging pick up to inform them they did not have my name,email or phone number and could not proceed with delivery due to this.
Eventually had email from Customer service about a delay!!!
Asked for refund as long over the delivery time frame of 6 working days plus time to process the order in the first place.
A month after purchase no refund received...have raised a dispute with my bank to chase them now.
Such a shame as I love Quiksilver as a brand.
Will NEVER again buy from them.

Dont hesitate to open your own case if paid via PayPal. Glad I did.
Order incomplete - No response from seller
I ordered 3 items from the website, only 1 item was delivered. I have emailed 6 times to try and get the missing 2 items delivered but have had no response, I called several times and put in a cue but each time I was cut off before I could even speak to anyone. The tracking numbers with the order do not work and there is no record of my order on my account on the Quicksilver website. I've requested a refund via PayPal so hopefully will get my money back, I would avoid buying anything from the website!

After seeing the poor reviews on here I was genuinely paranoid. But yeah had a response from Quiksilver with DPD delivery. Ordered on the 16th Jan 2025 and received today. So all in all I’m happy. Please rectify these poor reviews and I for one will be ordering again as have been buying Quiksilver clobber for decades.

Incredibly disappointed with this experience. Bought my two nephews T-shirt Xmas presents in two sizes back in November. One arrived the other didn’t: DPD tracking said “returned back to sender” a week ago. Contacted quicksilver and told it is still on its way then get an email yesterday on Christmas Eve telling me the order cannot be fulfilled. Completely ruined my Xmas gift for my nephew (worse still, his bigger brother got one but he didn’t). Awful service, and to be told last week that it would come despite “returned to sender”, when it quire obviously wouldn’t have. Finally the compensation being a discount on more orders from the quicksilver.co.uk website…. Seriously? I think for this they could do better.

Have just read the most recent reviews and wish I'd done so before ordering from Quicksilver. My experience mirrors those of several others. I ordered from Quicksilver website. Order never arrived. DPD tracking said it was on its way back to sender. Virtual Assistant said it had been delivered, was there anything else she could help with, but then disabled the chat so I couldn't continue. Have had NO response from emails. What an absolute joke. Please DO NOT buy anything from here. I have never had such bad customer service. Shocking,
