I also wish I had checked the reviews before…
Wow. My nephew wanted a specific Quiksilver t-shirt. Rather than buy it from some random surf shop, I thought I'd buy the genuine item from Quiksilver. What a fool! When the t-shirt never arrived, i contacted their online "customer service" (in name only) to be told twice it had been delivered to me. When I investigated the first time, the parcel had been delivered to me in Belgium (I live in the UK) and the second one, when I looked, was on it's way back to the vendor. There is someone at home ALL the time here and there is no way we missed any delivery. When I mailed Quiksilver, I had this response "For logistical reasons, we are unable to send the parcel back to you so if you wish to receive these items, please place a new order." I would NEVER have thought that a company such as this were so inept. Also, I would never have thought to check any reviews as, c'mon, it's Quiksilver(!) Well, they won't be getting any business from me again. Avoid. Seriously, avoid.
unscrupulous
Quicksilver have the most aggressive and unscrupulous customer service I have ever encountered. There was a glitch with their online returns portal and it wouldn't accept my return. It took weeks of chasing and a threat to report to the matter to the credit card company for them to process the return. On a more recent occasion I purchased two identical products, both developed the same fault shortly after purchase but quicksilver refused to replace or repair. Again after weeks chasing and various request for photos they offered a 20% refund and advised if I didnt take this offer they would send me down a quality control process that would take a very long time to deal with. I would suggest ordering with ripcurl instead who are a joy to deal with for similar products.

No contact from the company at all regarding late deliveries/if at all the purchases have actually been sent, still awaiting confirmation via DPD from a order on 30/09/24 (it is now 14/10/24)
Don't be fooled by the previous reputation of the brand like I was.

What a nightmare
What a nightmare. I appreciate no one is going on here if they have had a good experience. I had some shorts which bubbled and colour ran. Contacted customer service on portal, then needed to send an e-mail, then a link and submitted. Then came back asking for photos. Why didn't you ask for the before. Sent them, then chased up and offered 20% refund £12 or credit note. I explained both aren't great. I later went with credit note. I sent back using evri label provided. Then nothing. I chased and they said leave another week. I chased again, they asked if I had details of the order number and delivery. They should have this. I provided and they said I will get a credit note in another 4 days, another week later. Nothing. I have tried contacting and getting a phone number. I have now gone through PayPal. Note the phone number for them on paypal also hangs up. I have finally had enough today. These shorts were in May I don't need shorts now we are in October
Quiksilver customer service is beyond a joke
Quiksilver customer service is so bad it is beyond a joke. I have never experienced anything like it.
- order placed on 21/08/24
- order shipped (supposedly) on 22/08/24
- order arrived on 28/08/24
- however it was not my order... it was someone else's order
- ticket raised with customer service on 01/09/24
- photos of incorrect order sent on 04/09/24 as requested
- since then... nothing, nada
- 5 follow-up emails sent to the Quiksilver ticketting system... no response at all
multiple attempts to call their customer service number... usually they do not attend. If you manage to get into the queue the line hangs up after 10 or 15 mins

Please take note of the previous negative reviews before purchasing from this company. Ordered an item and a total incorrect item was delivered. E-mailed numerous times and received pointless generic e-mails back. Tried contacting on the phone but was unable to speak to someone as it just kept hanging up after a few seconds. Ordered the item on 26th July and its still not been resolved. I will not be using this company again.
Not a reputable company
I didn’t think of checking reviews as always thought Quiksilver were reputable. The helpdesk contact method is bad, phone number doesn’t work. I have sent my goods back for a refund and the tracking shows that the item has been delivered but no refund. I would have paid by credit card had I realised this company is not based in the UK. A loss of money
Bad costumer service
Ordered a few board shorts from them and need to return a couple. I can’t create a return label even if paying for it, very little or no info on their website. Already sent two messages via website to their costumer service and had no answer.
Very bad customer service interaction
Very bad customer service interaction. Wont give option to actually log in to account - only brings to register. Got email with 20% next order but can’t log in to use it. Want to return current item that’s too large but no info on the sure, just keep getting 404 error within the website itself
Lacking Support Team
Ordered 4 items, 3 shipped right away (from the UK), the 4th and final item was shipped from Belgium a week later, 12 days have passed and I still haven't had the item, it's not moved in the DPD network since the 7th, but the support team are refusing to refund me as "Delivery delays can occur, especially during the summer when there is a high volume of orders." this is appauling service.
No customer communication
I ordered from them and they sent the wrong item. I've tried to get in touch to return the item and gain a refund but have not had a response in over 10 days. They were quick to take my money though. The only way I can return the item is by paying myself, which I wont do as this was not my error. No communication from the company.
Never order from this sh**te company
Never order from this sh**te company! Nothing works--email, phone, or the order tracking link. I still haven't receive the order I placed, yet they took the money almost immediately after I made the purchase!
Falsely advertised discount offers to…
Falsely advertised discount offers to members. Purchased three pairs trousers in sale - new member discount couldn’t be applied at checkout (or not without reversing sale). No mention in small print of incompatible offers. Fair enough as still a reduction but as no option for exchange purchased a different-sized pair (and returned original) and the next reward/discount couldn’t be applied (or it stated it was but was charged full price). Meanwhile one of the trousers (Wilde chinos) - the button fell off after one wear and had to pay a tailor to fix. Still, nice-looking trousers albeit should be at the price.

If I could give 0 I would. There is NO customer service. I got delivery address wrong, realised immediately and sent messages that still after many days haven’t been answered. They have ignored everything I said and posted it to the wrong place. I will never shop from them again
Very slow dispatch and delivery, bad Customer Service
While the quality of the products are good and they are quite exceptional value when on sale, the overall logistics and customer service has a lot to be desired.
First, don't believe any of the shipping dates and dispatch dates on their website. Mine was only dispatched 4 days after it was indicated on the website.
Delivery was quick - sent via Royal Mail 48 (so within 2 days arrival).
Customer Service was diabolical. When I contacted them, they did respond quickly, but don't have the power at all to cancel orders once they're placed!
So moral of the story, if you order here, be prepared for a long delay, and not being able to cancel your order. You're warned!

Bought two different back packs for school - both broke within 6 months. Customer service poor. And worst of all they will not let you unsubscribe from their incessant emails. Complete breach of customer law. Don’t bother. Poor quality for price. Not what they used to be.
