Ordered product before thanksgiving. Website said shipped from US. Do not have product and asked for refund. Company said they could not refund because it was already shipped! That was a LIE! So I’m out $73.00. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!

Unable to contact them. Have ordered 2 and when you call you get a canned message telling you it has been shipped. Phone calls are the same. I believe it is a scam.

Ordered the Starscope Monocular on 11/11/21. FINALLY got a tracking number and it shows to be waiting for USPS to pick it up. Once I read how this item is a POS, I tried to cancel the order. They just keep sending the same email explaining that it's been shipped. I'll be calling PayPal to get my money back. This company is just a bunch of CROOKS! GO GET A REAL JOB A$SHOLE$!!!

This is now the third name for this company I have found online. Other sites are Blaux and Think Tech Sales Unlimited. Obviously they set up a bunch of websites to scam people. BUYER BEWARE!!
This company has zero customer service or way to reach a real person. I received the totally wrong item and have completed their online email form twice within the last week to get the item I actually ordered. No response. I messaged them on Facebook. No response. The phone number listed on the Facebook just tells you to go to their website no matter what option you press. Horrible experience. Ordered a $60 portable bidet and got a pair of shoe insoles.

UPDATE 12/21/21 - I requested cancellation three times. The last request for cancellation I received a reply email that stated they did not find an account for me or any purchase history. So, definitely a scam. I'm going to send this email to the AG of consumer affairs in my state. Card is cancelled and I will never buy anything from an IG ad again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. THIS WAS AN INSTAGRAM PURCHASE AND I DID NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION ON MY CELL PHONE BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY ANYWAY. I REACHED OUT TO THEM AND THEY OFFERED A 20% DISCOUNT WHICH DID NOT GET PROCESSED. I'M CANCELLING MY CARD TO KEEP FROM GETTING SCREWED IN THE FUTURE.

They are a complete fraud. I’ve waited 20 days and now PayPal says I have to wait another 10 days before they return my money. Not happy. My money is tied up for 30 days and Xmas gifts won’t be received.

Habe 2 Starscopemonuculare gekauft. Die optische Qualität ist nach meiner Meinung völlig untauglich.
Die im Lieferumfang angegebenen Zubehörteile fehlten, weder Tasche, noch Stativ wurden mitgeliefert.
Habe alles zurückgeschickt, auf eigene Kosten, da keine kostenlose Rücksendung angeboten wird.
Rückerstattung hat sehr lange gedauert, es musste PayPal-Käuferschutz eingeschaltet werden!
Finger weg von diesem Verkäufer! Man wird durch betrügerische Werbung getäuscht.

This company does not even deserve 1 star, it's a scam company, and stay well away from them. they never refund your money even though you return their faulty products. i ordered wifi boosters from them. they're a fraud company who just take peoples money

Habe 2 Starscopemonuculare gekauft. Hat ewig lange gedauert, bis die Ware kam. Über die optische Qualität kann ich nichts sagen, die Dinger vergrößern halt.
Aber die im Lieferumfang angegebenen Zubehörteile fehlten, weder Tasche, noch Stativ und Handyhalterung.
Auf Nachfrage bekommt man mitgeteilt, daß es das Stativ nicht mehr gibt, die Handyhalterung kostet €13,00. Also, Finger weg! Man wird durch betrügerische Werbung getäuscht.

Habe am 23.01. ein starscope mit Smartphonehalter bestellt die ware ist immer noch nicht eingetroffen,
das ist Betrug.

Habe zwei Mystery Boxen für 79,98€ gekauft. Den Inhalt konnte ich gleich entsorgen. Reiner Betrug. Nie wieder. 1 Stirnbandleuchte ohne Batterien und
1 No Name Smartband ohne Funktion. Finger weg!

Habe Reflex Sohle für 100 Euro am 13 . September gekauft bis jetzt ohne Erfolg. Da geht keiner ans Telefon. Habe ich langsam den Eindruck, dass es sich um Verbrecher handelt. Von der Paypal erwarte ich nicht. Echt bitter. Mich wundert es , dass ich einen Sterne geben muss. Gibt es auch Bewertung mit einem Minuszeichen?

Purchased their monocular scope based on their advertisement which had the user viewing people on a mountain top miles away!!!!!! DONT MAKE ME LAFF!!!! There is no zoom function, only a bad focus, and it is built from a very cheap light plastic!
.... mountain top!!!! ... couldn't see the cat at the bottom of the garden!!!!. I have truly seen better kids toys, and sadly that is not an exaggeration.

AVOID THEIR GOODS, AVOID THE COMPANY.

Thankfully, because the company refused a full refund, I phoned PayPal and did get my money back via them. I hope that stung the Quality Gadget Shop!!!!!

Ich habe einen Artikel storniert, den ich schon bezahlt hatte. Die Abwicklung fand zügig statt, der Kaufpreis wurde sofort erstattet.

ZERO stars.purchased 2 star scopes, got 2 plastic tubes with glass glued in both ends,thats no joke, its true. DO NOT get coned with great adverts, they do not give refunds, if you return items they just sell them again to another sucker. it cost me £87.96 all because i did not read reveives

Einfach ein Produkt in den Warenkorb gelegt, welches nicht mehr zu löschen war. Umgehende Stornierung war nicht möglich weil schon versendet. Erst wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin versprochen, die Rücksendekosten zu erstatten, trotz vielmaligen E-Mails (ständig neue Mitarbeiter) habe ich die versprochenen Rücksendekosten nicht erhalten.
Sehr unseriös, NIE WIEDER
