Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Ordered 3 months ago, (was told would arrive within 7 - 10 days from order). I just keep getting automated responses with same rhetoric. I number my responses and respond to each. I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Horrible, Horrible experience.
Absolutely appalling customer service…
Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish and the product was rubbish and did not work. Would not recommend. Stay well away from purchasing from them, would be my recommendation. I had to raise a complaint with PayPal to get a refund as had no response from this company.

This has got to be one of the most disappointing on line shop i have ever had the misfortune to order from.
When i ordered a product from then for my daughter's Xmas present, it stated in tome for Xmas. I received it yesterday! (14th Jan)
I contacted them after Xmas to find out what was happening and have been receiving the same random automated message saying about the the pandemic staff shortages due to illness ect ect.
When i received the product i e-mailed to let them know and yet again 3 times since then, the same automated message back!!!!
Dreadful company, no customer support whatsoever. I believe it's a machine! Perhaps they sell them?
Would not use again and would have given a no star rating had they allowed it!

Please steer well clear!! I agree with almost every other review. Never received a confirmation of order and received 3 identical automated emails stating what everyone else seems to have received. They were ensuring me that my order was on it's way. Needless to say it has never arrived. I also opted for the 'lifetime' guarantee at £8 which they charged me twice for! Finally got PayPal to step in on my behalf. In less than a week I was refunded for both guarantees by the company and PayPal refunded me the amount I had paid. Hopefully by reporting them to PayPal it will help put a stop to crooks like these companies. I wish I had read the reviews first however I have learned a lesson. They are cowboys - don't trust them!!

Should be rated zero stars. Based on my own experience and after reading all these reviews i have come to the inevitable conclusion that this company is running a scam. Their business model seems to be
1 advertise product
2 take money
3 Do not send confirmation order to customer
4 Do not send product to customer
5 Reply to complaint of no order or shipping confirmation after one month, with auto generated email saying ‘everyone has Covid’ . I cancel order
6 After credit card company contacts them, they send the same auto generated email about Covid, and generate shipping label with USPS. I tell them i already canceled the order
7 UPS tells you they have Shipping label only, no product.
8 I cancel order for 3rd time and receive in reply same email about Covid
This is where it stands now. Now have to escalate with PayPal.
Quality Gadget Shop must depend on enough people sending them money and being able to stall long enough, that they never have to give a refund. Be careful out there. The internet is flooded with crooks trying to steal your money

I ordered an Omni photo stick for my iPhone 2 and a half months later and after countless texts I ended up with a stick called infinitikloud which I never heard of, and now only to find, I cannot connect it to my iPhone unless I buy an infinitikloud charger for roughly the same price, total rip-off And because they have proof of sending it paypal useless as well, totally gone off Paypal will be going over to Apple Pay (buyer beware)

Echo all other horrible reviews. The company is impossible to contact. My credit card has been charged ( a month ago now) no product, no refund, no way to contact. There are numbers and links to custom service but impossible to contact. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Awful! Wish I had read reviews first. PayPal was charged immediately but never received a confirmation number and therefore had no order number to report an issue on their website. Trying to contact their customer service I just kept getting generic responses saying they would be in touch soon. After a month I escalated issue to Paypal. They then said they shipped it even though I had asked for a refund at that point. I still haven’t received my order so I can’t comment on the quality but as a company they are truly awful. Don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered over $100 worth of gadgets on December 3. I never received a confirmation with an order number. However the money was taken from my PayPal account on the same day I ordered. I have seen nothing and they were Christmas gifts which I no longer need. I finally sent an email requesting my purchase be canceled and my PayPal account be refunded immediately. They have sent for follow-up emails telling me basically nothing other than the request is being sent from one group to another group and I was offered 20% off my purchase if I did not cancel. My responses have it remained the same: please cancel and refund my account. Nothing has been done so far. Is there any place I can complain about this.
Terrible Experience
Terrible experience! Canned email responses initially while waiting 46 days for item. Now that item has been received, and after several attempts to contact, they are now just ignoring my emails, with no intent of providing return information for sub-par merchandise.
Highly encourage you to stay far away from this pathetic excuse for a company.

Woeful is the best way to describe this lot. Rubbish automated email replies and their consistent appalling customer service by ignoring my refund request. I asked for a refund three days after a purchase (so no product shipped or received) of close to AUD200.00 in mid Dec 2021 and still waiting for them to actually read my short request for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Should have looked at reviews before buying. Ordered Christmas gifts before Thanksgiving and, when I checked shipment tracking, indicated that the merchandise was "waiting pickup" by USPS on Dec 6. Have tried several times to contact customer service and cancel order but keep getting a canned reply:
"Due to higher than expected volume, we are experiencing a delay in responding to your ticket. Please be assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your ticket has been escalated to high priority to ensure it is being handled quickly." I'm sure they do have a high volume of customer service complaints because it is a scam!
