Three weeks to receive delivery. Repackaged in original packaging for return/refund; however, it has already been 2 weeks and I have not received info on how and where to return these items. The Starscope Monocular is not what I had hoped it would be. Also the phone adapter is plastic and will easily break. It is not worth the money and their support service is horrible. They keep telling me that they are working on solving my issue. So far, they haven't.

Do not buy from this place. It is a hoax and the products do not work. They do not refund and I have had to contact the credit card company to try and charge back. Also it took 6 weeks to get delivered

I ordered the Infinitikloud in Jan 22 they sent me a tracking order 2/4-22 and it was in route and never moved from the place from where they said it was, the tracking order disappeared from my e-mail after a few try I just tried to contact them again and error cannot go through at this time.I guess I will have to contact my credit card. wish I had read the reviews first. Facebook needs to block them.

Never use this company, bought two fitbits and both broke after 6 weeks. A paid for a lifetime warranty. They said they would send two new ones out but are now ignoring my emails. PayPal are no help as always. Don't know what to do from here. Parents Xmas presents ruined. Thanks

My experience is right in line with the other reviews. I filed a report with paypal and they stepped in and refunded the money.If you bought through paypal then file a complaint with the bbb against paypal for allowing this scam to remain open on their platform.This will get them to respond and throw these criminals off their platform

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I purchased a KoreScale in November as a Christmas gift (getting things done early!). Christmas morning, upon reading the directions, we discovered that the scale cannot be used by someone with an electical medical implant, so the scale needed to be returned.

I contacted Quality Gadget Shop customer support for RMA information that day. All I got for the next four weeks were boilerplate form emails saying how busy they were and someone would get back to me eventually. All of my requests for RMA were ignored. I finally received a reply from Vicky Jordan on 1/30 saying she was glad I was enjoying my KoreScale!

PayPal was no help because I have received the item and Quality Gadget Shop return policy is 30 days from shipping date, which actually expired before the gift was opened!

I explained about it being a Christmas gift and asked for a 5 day extension of the return policy so I could return it but all of my many emails and request forms have been ignored. I will never do business with this company again, and I urge everyone to avoid them.

Ich habe ein Starscope Gen 1 bestellt. Nach 26 Tagen bekam ich die Ware! Was ich in den Händen hielt, war billiger Spielkram Made in China! Himmelweit entfernt von der Qualität, die in der irreführenden Werbung versprochen wird! Weiterhin musste ich feststellen, dass mir die Gen 3 geliefert wurde und nicht die Gen1, wie bestellt! Als Erklärung kam, dass die Gen.3 das bessere Starscope wäre! Also Hände weg!

Please do not buy anything from this company. I order several star scopes back in the beginning of Dec 202.
The tracking number they gave me was crap. It simply stated that "a tracking label had been created for the product, just waiting on the item" That was the last update on Jan. 9th. I have emailed them several times. All i get it the generic auto response of "sorry about that, we will look into your issue" I have tried calling them and all they want to do is give me a store credit (like i would ever buy from them again) or reship the items, which i tried again and still have not gotten yet. I am trying to dispute the charge with Paypal, but it seems as long as this scam of a company keeps providing bogus tracking numbers Paypal is happy. This company is worth less then 1 star

On Dec 31st I order 2 wifi extenders and was charged for 3. I immediately requested cancellation on the one and all I got was multiple email asking if I was satisfied with the customer service. It appears they are all automated. I did receive an email stating they were en route but here we are a month later and nothing. What recourse do I have? People please DO NOT order anything from this company. They are scammers and need to be stopped. Seems I am out $188. Attorney General is my next email.

I ordered a Christmas stocking stuffer in November of 2021. It never arrived. I have sent no less than 8 emails about the product. The last email said that it was in route and gave me a tracking number. Much like another customer complaint, the product has not moved from the last city shown in 2 weeks. I hate leaving bad reviews especially for a small business but this is a terrible company. I gave them a star but not only do they owe my $100 for the products, they owe me a star or two as well. I am happy to issue a retraction if they just get me my product.

Faulty when received. Requested refund - NOTHING, despite 4 email requests. Don't use this company.

forced to give 1 star because there are no 1/4 stars, the items sold here at Quality Gadget Shop in clifton NJ is pure garbage, for instance, the ear buds, touted as tops is pure garbage, low sound quality, low quality construction, low quality materials, customer service is nill, no service at all, the worst, they don't respond to emails, don't believe these are top quality products, THEY ARE NOT QUALITY PRODUCTS AT ALL, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED, and I am sure, when the review is live, Quality Gadget Shop will show "concern" and of course, try to reach out,, but its to late, I always give our locals the very first chance in business in all we do, but with dealers like Quality Gadget Shop, your just wasting your time, resources, and the air you breathe when you deal or try to deal with this seller. I will not be returning them, as I have dumped them, at a monetary loss, thats how bad Quality Gadget Shop's sales and service is.

Never received order and they refuse to refund my money total rip-off

I ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts right before Thanksgiving. I contacted them on December 15 to check on the order. They sent me tracking that showed it had arrived in NY on Dec 7. Long story short, I still have not received my products. I asked to cancel and refund and was told I could not. Then they promised a store credit for the amount of my purchase which never happened. I have been fed a bunch of garbage and now 2 months later the tracking shows it it still sitting in NY. I have filed a dispute with my bank.

Bought a Neck Relax from this company in November, 2021 -- but their ad never said that those of us who wear Pacemakers should NOT use this device, so I sent it back unused, foolishly thinking I would be refunded the $78.99 they charged me. At the same time, I bought two pairs of their reading glasses for $19.99 each. So on Nov. 24, they debited my bank account twice -- once for $19.99 (one pair of reading glasses) and once for $99.94- one pair of reading glasses and the Neck Relax. And now, although they got their unused Neck Relax back on Dec. 24, they claim it was only $19.99 -- NOT the $78.99 I paid for it. And one man there claimed the reading glasses were what cost $78.99 -- so they could refund just the $19.99, and this, despite the fact I printed out their online ad, which clearly showed the prices in writing! BTW, although I returned the Neck Relax to their address in Wayne, NJ, if you look closely, you see this company is actually headquartered in Singapore! And that may explain a lot, right there.

This is a totally sleazy company, and their Customer Service is a joke. It should be labeled "Customer Dis-service". On the phone, the recorded voice says to "Press 2 for returns" -- and then if you do, it tells you that because of Covid, they are not answering individual calls, and to go online instead. Since it is obvious they are not going to refund my money, despite giving them the USPS tracking number which shows they received the Neck Relax, I am preparing a case against them to the Washington state Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division. Also, for those of you in the same boat as me, contact your bank or Pay Pal, if you used that -- and use their muscle to help you get a refund. In the meantime, do NOT have anything to do with them!

I ordered a space heater for a gift, and immediately found out my planned recipient doesn't like space heaters. Within one hour of placing the order I contacted them to cancel. Of course I was immediately billed $100+. They keep emailing me telling me the issue was "escalated" etc. Now I keep getting emails saying I haven't responded. I have done nothing BUT respond! They took my money, I have nothing, and they are LYING. Do NOT do business with this company!

I recently ordered a portable heater from Quality Gadget shop and then immediately cancelled the order when I found out it was not "low power" as suggested. I cancelled the order within 1 hour. Quality Gadget charged my paypal account and 2 weeks later still has not refunded me (The heater never shipped).

Gadget tech support is a scam. If you call, you will be forced to use email. When you email, you will get a message about how Covid has caused delays in their service, then a couple of days later you will get an email saying they haven't heard from you so the are closing the case. If you reply back, the circle starts all over again.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order for 2 Star Scopes on December 13, 2021 for Christmas. After several back and forth communications, on January 15, 2022 I got an email saying sorry, my order wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. No kidding! I contacted PayPal to get a refund. About a week later I was sent a tracking number. The number was generated on Jan. 10, but NO shipping info still. All I want is a refund. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Still hoping I can count on PayPal to resolve this. Never order anything from this company.
