I 2 purchased air purifiers. One didn't work. They were nothing like advertised. It took weeks to get info on the return which was guaranteed. I mailed them back and haven't received a refund. 3 months and they said they are working on it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS

This is a rip off in the worst words possible, dirty (blank) bunch of artist in bad business actions and the sneaky site to go with it. ,(check the reviews before you deal with these kind of people)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered some earpods from them.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Do not purchase from them. I ordered 2 bugbgones. Never received. They’ve sent me 2 different tracking #s and neither one says the item is on its way. My emails were all answered with the generic we are busy etc,etc that everyone else has been met with. Trying to go through PayPal now to open a dispute. Can’t believe PayPal still allows this company to take payments through them.

This company charged my credit card and never sent the merchandise. They continue to answer my emails with the exact same response, word for word. They are nothing but scam artists!

Edit: They did finally send my order. I never would have given such a bad review if they had not been so evasive.

I have sent numerous messages to this company and never once have they addressed MY concern about their pricing (i.e. their ad stated buy 1 get 1 free; when I hit the complete transaction button, the price immediately jumped up to regular price!) I have contacted PAYPAL and have filed a resolution against this company. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

Wretched company. I ordered a Kore.2 watch from them for an aged friend and it NEVER worked. I eventually managed to get a return address from them, and returned it at my own expense, only for the product to be then returned BACK to me ! Have had no sensible reply to any of my emails. Now per suing refund through PauPal.

I wish I had viewed these reviews before ... Stay as far away as you can from this retailer. Their service is so wretched, the English language doesn't have the words to convey. "Fraud" springs to mind ... no, that's too generous. I have a file of 43 emails going back 3 months saying "We're very busy but your issue is at the top of the list." My lawsuit is in progress.

Please do not order anything from these people. We ordered a starscope. Received some kids of water thing instead and now keep getting e mails from them saying the same thing but so far no action. THINK THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

You should be able to put no stars. One is to many. Major scam company. I received nothing. After I disputed this charge with my credit card company. They finally emailed me. They didn't care if I got the product or not. Please do not waste your time with this company.

I have been billed and have not received the product. This company has horrible reviews. If I had known that I never would have bought a thing from them

Horrible company. A bunch of scam artists. I was leary of buying from this website in the first place, but because I purchased it through PayPal I thought I would be able to have any issues resolved through them. So far, that isn't the case. After I made my purchase, I was informed that it would take 4-8 weeks. You can only email this company, if you call their customer support, you will be prompted to press 1,2,3,or 4. All of which tell you to leave an email address. The company wouldn't respond until I contacted PayPal. They then said the order couldn't be canceled because it had already been shipped. I asked for a tracking number with a time stamp and of course they couldn't do that because their system had to update. Really?The item did show up about ten days later. I know they're running a shady business and have no desire to contribute, so I want to return it.. Now that I have the item, the only response I've gotten on how to return it, is that my inquiry is being "prioritized". It has been several days. Clearly allowing someone to return an item isn't on their priority list at all. As long as they got your money, that's all that matters to them. Please do not support this company with any purchases.

Ich habe 1 Starscope gekauft. Es wurde sogar nach vier Tagen geliefert. Die Qualität entspricht nicht der Werbung, aber für meine Zwecke ist es sogar ausreichend. Mails wurden einmal beantwortet mit der Zusage , mich innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu kontaktieren. Das wars. Es gibt keine Widerrufsbelehrung. Die Modalitäten ( kein Retourenschein, keine Kostenübernahme)einer Rückgabe sind schlicht eine Frechheit. Diese Firma ist unseriös, Finger weg, nichts bestellen.

DON"T even bother putting anything in the cart, it WILL cost you, I can assure you of that, from a $20 item to a $180.bill, it took the credit card company to finally get some settlement with a $40 loss to me, but I did learn,(check the reviews before you deal with these kind of people) good luck, Bill

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered some earpods from them. They took the money from me at point of order but it was 5 weeks before I received them. There was no mention that they were out of stock and would be for some time. To be fair the 1 star should go to the poor staff if in the office who have to deal with the complaints. When I asked when they were coming I got prompt replies and asked me to be patient. They blamed Covid of course and transport issues. However, after 4 weeks I asked for a refund and it went very quiet. I assumed I had been scammed but they turned up a week later. They are poor quality. Normally I would send them back and ask for a refund but I know it would never come.
The owners of this company should be prosecuted and banned from trading.

Habe am 12.3.22 ein Starscope bestellt und nach Erhalt sofort zurückgeschickt.Die Werbung führt die Erwartung in Umfang und Qualität der Ware vollkommen in die Irre. Geld ist bis heute (14.04.22) nicht erstattet.Retourenschein liegt vor. Finger weg von dieser "Firma"!!!

Support meldet nur in englisch und immer dieselben E-Mails ohne Bezug auf das was ich geschrieben habe. Paket ging im November zurück und ich habe bis heute mein Geld nicht zurück.

Extremely slow to refund and made 3 correction on my credit card ,refund then deduct again then a repitition of their accountig department.
Their customer help is dated from the
the 1930 .
My young daugh
ter would do better and faster .
Will never buy from them again or associated company .
Super marketing the rest does't match.

No merecen ni una estrella. No recomiendo que compren nada con ellos, ni en su sitio. Desde agosto/septiembre esperando dos productos que no llegan ni aparecen. No mandan nada al final de cuentas y el servicio al cliente ES PERVERSO. Son desorganizados y siempre responden lo mismo. NO COMPREN CON ELLOS, NO SE DEJEN ESTAFAR!
