QUIERO DEVOLVERLA, PERO ESTÁN HACIENDO QUE SE PASEN LOS 30 DÍAS Y LUEGO SEA IMPOSIBLE LA DEVOLUCIÓN.
NO ENTIENDO CÓMO ME ENVIARON UN PRODUCTO QUE NO ES EL QUE YO DESEABA Y SIN CONSULTARME.
SON TRUCOS PARA NO HACER DEVOLUCIONES, ME PARECE A MI. Y PAGUÉ UN SEGURO EXTRA (DE ENVÍO SIN DAÑOS).

Sie halten sich nicht an die Verordnungen!!! DREI Wochen nach der festgestellten Lieferung der Retoure ist der Kaufpreis nicht erstattet!!! Seit 14 Tagen KEINE Reaktion auf Nachfragen!!!

Horrendous - scammers

Habe vor 2 Monaten 2 Williston Force Portable AC F25 bestellt und gezahlt. Die Produkte sind bis heute nicht angekommen. Mit Standard Emails versucht man mich abzuwimmeln. Kein einziges Mal wurde auf meine Forderung eingegangen, mir das Geld zurückzuzahlen. Diese Firma ist höchst unseriös und die Eigentümer gehören gerichtlich belangt und verklagt. Ich werde es jedenfalls in Angriff nehmen und auch die Medien auf diese Abzocke aufmerksam machen. Ich rufe alle Betroffenen auf, das ebenfalls zu tun.

How does this company stay in business!!! It is now over a month and no help no return label no return address no returning calls after 3-4 messages left. They are bogus and are taking money from honest people. I should have read reviews. I opened a case in PayPal so I am hopi g my $78.00 can be refunded. I recently even received a message from Quality Gadgets telling me that since I have not responded they re taking it that the case is resolved. I have multiple emails to the bogus customer service. I continue to reach out to them With absolutely no results. Fraud is a crime! Buyer beware!!!

In my opinion this is a fraudulent company. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. I was able to reverse the charges and I am not out the money.

Habe nach 14 Tagen die bestellten 2 Lüfter erhalten und habe davon einen sofort getestet. einfach nur spielerei zum ansehen mehr nicht. Habe die Firma per Mail angeschrieben und um eine Adresse für die Rücksendung gebeten. Geantwortet hat Firma sogar zweimal mit dem Satz das meine Anfrage bearbeitet wird und ein wenig Geduld haben müßte. Meiner Ansicht nach hätte man bei der zweiten Mail ja schon die Adresse für die Rücksendung mit schicken können. Wahrscheinlich wird so lange gewartet bis die Frist für die Rücksendung verstrichen ist. Die Ware die ich gekauft habe ist einfach Schrott. Also lasst die Finger von der Firma. Ich werde auch eine Anzeige stellen was sicher nicht viel bringt.

Monocular Telescope G2 wurde bestellt. Die Ware ist aus den Niederlanden gekommen und war große Enttäuschung. Qualität ist auf dem niedrigsten Niveau und entspricht der Beschreibung nicht. Das billigste Produkt aus China! Und keine Rücksendungsmöglichkeit. Finger weg!

bought gadgets Feb. arrived April. they do not work as described. asked to return them. another month delay in response. eventually got returns address, then got parcel sent back here as undeliverable. 5 months down the track and still no further forward to getting a refund

Leider bin auch ich auf diese unseriöse Firma reingefallen. Wäre bestellt, alles bezahlt und es wurde nur ein Teil geliefert.
Die berühmte E-Mail mit Rückmeldung innerhalb 24h und nichts passiert.
Der Retourenschein wird wohl nicht mehr kommen.

Bitte, kann mir irgendjemand die Rücksendeadresse posten?

I bought 2 air conditioning units from this company amounting to £167. As soon as payment went through it came up saying it was backorder. I immediately contacted them asking if they had this in stock. Then the constant flow of emails saying sorry for the delay, we haven't forgotten you, covid, super busy,blaaablaaa. Phone number doesn't connect.. finally went to PayPal who contacted them and I have now received my money back. I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. Don't get pulled in by the great deals . They still owe me for a extra they said I needed so going after that now

Firstly don't believe the reviews from other websites especially there own …..All fake…….Had to put 1 star just to make a review, not worth that ……
This company is a SCAM company do not buy nothing from these guys….
It took 4 weeks for my portable ac unit to arrive, had to get paypal involved, very disappointed in PayPal too, opened a case with them and just because they sent PayPal tracking information PayPal closed the case not reading the case files which updated saying I’d received item but now I wanted to send it back. As I was not satisfied with the quality.
When it did arrive the quality is absolutely rubbish what a joke, nothing like it said on there website….Jokers…..
Don't bother sending emails all you get back is automated emails in return….
Now trying to send back but have no returns address..Surprise surprise…….

Looks like am going to have to go through paypal yet again…..But not holding my breath with PayPal after first time round……may as well as thrown £80 out on the street.
Honestly do not buy nothing from them …….All you're going to get is an headache trying to send it back….
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER……

I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. No chance! A day later the money has gone out of my account.

Do not order from them. Twice now they created shipping tickets with different shippers - big scam. Shipper still awaiting package after 50 days. Responses are automated. I missed the PayPal window of 20 days so I am out. The items were in stock.

This company is tied in with PayPal.I ordered a fitness watch from this outfit,when I hit the PayPal button to pay I noticed it was two watches I was paying for.When I contacted the seller within half an hour,they told me the order was on its way and could not be changed.Three weeks later I received the two watches which were a load of garbage.I have sent a request for a return label

Habe die Werbung für einen Williston Force Portable AC F25 angeklickt und wurde da mit einem hohen Rabatt geködert. Sollte ca. 40€ zzgl. VK kosten. Weder konnte man das vor dem endgültigen Kauf nochmals sehen, noch einen Beleg ausdrucken noch gab es eine Bestätigung (und auch keine Widerrufsbelehrung). Tatsächlich wurden aber knapp 80€ berechnet, also etwa doppelt so viel wie angegeben. Es gibt weder ein Impressum noch irgendeine Möglichkeit zur Kontaktaufnahme mit Ausnahme Mail. Die wird auch umgehend bestätigt, "man werde sich innerhalb von 24 Stunden kümmern". Das war's dann aber auch schon, auch weitere Mails wurden nicht beantwortet.
Die Ware kam nach ca. 2 Wochen, aus den Niederlanden, eine Postfach-Adresse.
Gerät ok, aber definitiv nicht diesen Preis wert.

Ordered neck air con over a month ago. No delivery yet. Their emails says they will get in touch with me but they are experiencing high demand. I’m getting PayPal to step in.

Absolutely the worst service ever. My BugBgone was ordered on May 13, (2218833393), they charged me and I have never received the product. Email responses are generic and repetitive and don't say anything.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT - all automated responses. No actual information. Order made through PayPal on 8th May, no direct contact from the merchant. Hate to damn a business, but feel very let down.
