I purchased a item for $2 and they went back into my account and took $39.99. I haven’t received my product and can’t get my money refunded. Never will do that again

Purchases 2 Starscopes. Took weeks for them to arrive. Not as advertised. magnification nowhere close to what was advertised. Asked to return, took weeks before I got a return address. I had to pay return shipping and when they finally reimbursed my account they deducted the postage they paid to ship it to me. Complete rip off on product performance and even though it was not accurately advertised made me pay for the original shipping. Don't deal with them.So sad

Took survey under walmarts logo for a set of nonstick cookware pay $6.95 for shipping & get them free so I took survey paid the shipping charge they said be delivered 5-7 days 3 weeks nothing checked credit card statement & the business that charged my card is quality gadget supply 877 642 3061 the # no such # doesn’t exsist scammers had to cancel credit card

We are trying to return a product for 9 weeks now and stil do not have a returnform or instructions how to return an order. There have been send emails on 27e of july, 9 august, 10e of august, 14e august, 25 of august, 3e of september and are helped bij Jomar, Cedric and just Ann answered our mail. Still no instructions or address to return the products!!

I would give zero stars if I could.
First of all, My Tactical Promos should take some accountability for the companies they’re promoting in their newsletters.

I was tricked into clicking a link that took me to an external website, where I could get a free lighter and just pay shipping and handling ($6.95).

Well, I went ahead and did that, received the lighter, then suddenly there is a charge on my card for $77!

I immediately contacted My Tactical Promos, because that is where the email that brought me to that link came from, and they said that’s just an ad in their newsletter and they don’t have access to their records or anything.

I called the number that was on the point of sale transaction, and was put on hold and given the option to be called back, which I opted for.

No one called me back. I tried again the next day, and got through this time.
The gentleman told me there were THREE charges actually—one being the shipping and handling, one being a warranty (which, I didn’t sign up for that!), and then the $77 one which was for my monthly membership.

Also, did NOT subscribe to a membership. Show me proof. He couldn’t. I asked him to please reverse the charge as I do not want a membership. I said I would send the lighter back if that helped. He said he was “unable” to do that. I asked to speak to someone who was able to do that.

He said he was head of the billing department. Ummmmmm…..okay then how do you not know how to reverse a credit card charge? I work on a point of sale system and I know how easy it is.

You can tell they just have these prefabricated answers to all the questions they are asked. He said I’d be getting a $125 gift card for signing up for the membership—I said I don’t want $125 gift card, I want my $77 dollars back.
He wouldn’t budge.

So, I guess we’ll see if I get a $125 gift card. Meanwhile, I’m disputing the transaction and reporting them to the BBB. I’m also doing so to My Tactical Promos, as this has clearly happened before, and they still allow them to advertise on their newsletter, because they get a cut of what they scam!

You got me this time Quality Gadget Supply (and My Tactical Promos) but never again, and I’m also going to file a police report. So, hope the $77 you stole from a lower class person living paycheck to paycheck who was excited at the idea of paying $7 for a survival lighter that they may now need to use when they’re HOMELESS because of people like you was worth it! Burn in hell!

Zero stars. Tried to get a refund for months. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money in less than 24 hours after complaining! Check out the reviews. What bunch of thieves.

I thought I was buying a starscope monocular telescope for $48.00. They responded with a very long USPS tracking number which USPS has no record of. They send me an e-mail from Angelica Qualisidio saying it should ship soon. Nothing.. and now they won't respond. If you look up Qualitygadgets, it's a domain that is for sale. Be very careful and stay away from them or you'll be out like I probably am. I'm going to approach my Credit Union to see what they can do, if anything..

I only went in for a drawing for a free ice machine, which was $2. They charged me $5.45, then the next week I got charged 67.32 for what I don't know I had to cancel my bank card so they can't get any more money out of me and then I call them to tell him to give me my money back cuz I got nothing they can't find my name anywhere

Actually zero stars but that option is not available. This company is a complete scam..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I purchased a Solar powered cell phone charger from them in May. I still have not received the product. After reaching out to them I got an auto generated response about being overwhelmed, and covid , and yada, yada. The day after reaching out they responded with I am sure it is on it's way, and I then got an email from what appeared to be Canada post saying they had my packing but did not have a proper address. I needed to click on a link to reschedule the delivery, AND pay $1.75 for rescheduling. Like an idiot I clicked on that linked and paid the $1.75 and low an behold the next day I started to get a bunch of debits out of my bank account, which were not from me. I had to shut down my account an reopen another one, and reset a whole bunch of my passwords for the debits to stop. Over 2 months later I am still receiving bogus emails from supposed courier companies trying to get me to click on thier links to schedule delivery..

This company charged us a service contract for a product they never delivered and said the contract was in effect the day the order was placed whether or not we received the product.

J’ai commandé deux amplificateurs WiFi qui a l’arrivée ne donne pas satisfaction. Je m’appuie sur leurs conditions générales de vente et demande à retourner la marchandise et le remboursement de ma commande.
Après de nombreuses relances pour lesquelles je reçois des mails d’accusé de réception, après plus d’un mois je n’ai pas reçu d’infos pour le retour de ce matériel. Ils ne répondent pas et je me retrouve avec deux équipements sur les bras. Il ne faut donc pas commander quoi que ce soit sur ce site.

Bemühe mich seit Tagen um Kontakt zu diesem Shop. Ich erfahre keine Reaktion möchte aber dringend die erworbene Ware zurückgeben wie es auch in der Beschreibung zugesagt wurde. Es ist schade, dass ein Kontakt nicht herstellbar ist.

This was my first time falling for internet scams!! The website was set up like a professional company's site. Having PayPal and many other ways to purchase items from them gave me confidence about using these yahoos. The item I ordered was $7.95 no big deal. After getting confirmation email, I checked there website and the reviews were very good. Stupid me didn’t scroll down to trust pilot like I should have. So this morning I checked my account and found another charge, this one for $54.95. What!!!! I tried to call there customer service line with no success of speaking with anyone. So that little charge of $7.95 plus 54.95 puts me out $62.90. I ended up cancelling my card and started a claim hoping I might get my money back. That’s it for me using any new web site. I am sticking with companies I’ve used and trusted for a long time. I understand that by doing this many honest companies will be paying for the scam’s of the few liars and scammers out there. I didn’t want to give them one star but had too!! Trust pilot is where I will always go in the future. Lesson learned.

I am totally disappointed with this company. I ordered their Starscope Monocular Telescope with tripod plus StarScope Adjustable Monocular Phone Mount totaling $82.97 which included $9.99 for Shipping & Handling. I ordered the products on June 10. Today is July 17. I have not received my order yet. They did write to me on June 12 acknowledging my order and receipt of my payment. They did supply me with a Tracking Number also. But when I tracked I got the message "Shipping info received. Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". That was on June 12 and I am getting the same info on July 17 when I track. I have written to their customer care department several times. Every time the response is "Sorry about the delay. We don't like it either." My conclusion is this company is totally fraudulent. I have read so many complaints about them in Better Business Bureau's website. Now I am going to request my credit card company to remove the charge of $82.97 from my account and request them to deal with Quality Gadget Shop for non-supply of my order. Buyer beware. Please do not buy anything from this company. They are just scammers.

ZERO STARS.....They ripped me off too. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRETINS. They told me in an email July 4 that my item was shipped. It's now July 16. There was a tracking # with USPS but that is as far as it went. No shipped notice, no estimated delivery date, nothing. I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you have money to throw away.

Item never delivered. Sent tracking number to Pay Pal after several follow up e mails. Then claimed it was lost in transit. Offered to send again free of charge but that never happened. Did manage to get refund from Pay Pal.
