I order a small room heater from this site on Nov. 24 2022 and have not received an email about when it will be shipped or a tracking number. So, after going online to see if this is legit company, I have found that they are a scammer. So, beware before ordering from them.

Ordered some earbuds from them 18th Nov 22 & wished I'd checked reviews 1st as I would not have used this obviously fake/scam company. For some reason this USA Jersey company is sending the earbuds from Australia!!!. After reading the reviews I will be looking very thoroughly at these if/when they arrive as I suspect what these crooks might well do is give a new mug buyers address to someone who is returning the unwanted/faulty goods.
What is needed is for people to show the world what this company's return address is so others can check to see if its the same or if they are as I said above, getting returned goods sent to the next mug

shockingly dishonest service. purchased 2 items ,both were faulty. TRIED to contact customer support many time but just received a generic reply saying "product will arrive soon. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Das ist Betrug. Es wurde nicht die beschriebene Qualität geliefert. Auch hat die Firma es irgendwie geschafft die Ware 2x zu liefern und auch 2x zu kassieren. Dann beginnt der Spaß. Anstatt mir einfach eine Adresse für die Retoure zu geben bekomme ich immer wieder einen Preisnachlass angeboten. Letztendlich habe ich die Sachen, natürlich auf eigene Rechnung, zurückgeschickt und warte nun schon seit Wochen auf mein Geld ...

I purchased BLX Buds from the Quality Gadget shop . I paid with paypal and the payment went to Quality Performance Limited Corporation. The product took 41 days to arrive even though the emails from customer services said that "in extreme cases" the product would take 30 days. The product was for a birthday present,I explained this but the delay caused me to cancel them and purchase elsewhere.I received the products last week and although I send daily emails asking for a returns address I get no reply.Can someone tell me the returns address please. I am writhing tp Ann,Summer annd Steve who send holding emails stating they are "customer services support" :I have seen niether service nor support just obfuscation and delay. Today, 22Nov, l received a response from Ann saying”a ticket has now been opened for you and is being prioritised by the team”. Ann sent exactly the same email response to me at 22.52 on 17 Nov. I have replied asking what happened to the ticket that was opened and being prioritised on 17 Nov. This is completely bizarre.

I give them 1 star since you can give no lower rating. It took over a month to get product. Returned the next day now they are try to default on refund. Everyone need to contact NJ attorney general.

Got an email for a free drone after completing a survey on 11/13/22. The survey was completed and my credit card was charged $8.23 for shipping. No problem so far. On 11/18/22, I got an alert from my credit card company that Consistentqualititygagde charged my card a second time for $67.32. My credit card company suspected foul play and declined the charge. I never ordered anything else. Further investigation revealed that a second individual who purchased a item from this company also had $67.32 added to his charge card illegally. PS. Can't find the original email now, gone.

I am experiencing the exact same problem that all the other reviewers are writing about. Impossible to get hold of anybody!

I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased. This company needs to be AVOIDED at all costs. They charged my card but three weeks later I still have no product. I requested a refund but they refused. WARNING: Shop elsewhere.

This monocular is a cheap piece of junk!
I ordered it on October 11, 2022 and it finally arrived on November 4, 2022. Not much of an improvement, as far as viewing goes. I would never buy from this company again!

My experience was AWFUL. I tried to make a return after waiting a month and a half for my product and meanwhile they were trying to convince me to buy more product from them. As soon as I disputed the charge they sent me tracking and refused to cancel my order. They are terrible people to try and work with.

I ordered an item and tried to cancel the order immediately as the website information about the price was misleading. Within 5 minutes of making the payment, I emailed the company about cancellation. The only response has been a customer support form to fill out, which I completed and returned immediately. I also made several calls between the initial date of the purchase Wednesday 26th and today Friday 28th leaving messages about the desire to cancel the order. I have just received notice from PayPal that the order is being shipped. This is holding me to ransom. Why would you ship and order, when 2 days ago, within 5 minutes of the purchase I notified you of my wish to cancel the order, This is nothing short of UNETHICAL

Ich habe bis jetzt 4X E-Mails an ihnen geschrieben, mit der Bitte um die Adresse zu Rücksendung. Jedes Mal war die Antwort: Wir machen extra Rabatt für dich... etc. Ich kann die Geräte nicht zurücksenden!
Finger weg von Quality Perfrmance. Die sind eine Schwindler-Bande

I bought earbuds which didn’t work. When I emailed them they just refer to the manual. I am now launching a PayPal dispute. They are definite scammers

Have not receive the product I ordered, nor a message about shipment. They know how to charge though. Why is PayPal still associated with a company with all these bad reviews.

Avoid this company. They are disgusting and dishonest.
I have a complicated story that will take me some time to unravel and explain clearly but in the meantime please don’t get caught like I did. Briefly after many e mails I was offered a 30% rebate which I refused. Finally I was promised a refund and sent the products back to an address in Holland. They refused the package and it’s being returned to me. The communication between myself and QGS is confusing so once I’ve unravelled everything I will explain in more detail how corrupt this company is. I would never be so antagonistic towards an organisation without justification.
