Ein Stern ist noch zu viel.... habe ein Produkt bestellt - laut Werbung 55 EUR - statt Bestellbestätigung kam die Lieferung.... und auf Paypal wurden 98 EUR abgebucht..... Habe Käuferschutz beantragt über Paypal..... ABSOLUTER BETRUG!!!! VORSICHT!!!!

Elektroartikel bestellt, den ich zurück senden wollte. Es hat viel Mailverkehr auf englisch und ewig gedauert bis ich dann endlich irgendwann eine Adresse bekommen habe zu der ich den Artikel auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden konnte.
Das hätte ich allerdings lieber lassen sollen, weil ich auch heute, einen Monat später immer noch kein Geld zurück bekommen habe. Jetzt habe ich also weder den Artikel noch mein Geld und zusätzlich noch Versand bezahlt! Absolut unseriös und eine absolute Frechheit!
Abzocke und Schrott
Verkauft nur Schrott, meine Bestellung war von Anfang an defekt. Nach einigen Mails bekam ich endlich eine Retourenadresse in Deutschland und schickte die defekte Ware dort hin. Angeblich ist das Paket dort nie angekommen obwohl ich über PayPal Konfliktlösungen den Beleg nachreichte. Auf einmal sollte ich die Retoure in die USA schicken, wie denn, hatte schon in Deutschland versendet. Absolute Betrugsfirma, bloß nichts dort bestellen !!! Bis heute keinen Cent zurückerstattet bekommen. Nicht einmal von PayPal, das ist auch schon traurig. Ihr Betrüger.
Monocular Starscope
I ordered a Monocular starscope. When it arrived it was not to the specifications advertised. Couldn't get a clear picture, did not magnify correctly plus very cloudy picture. I contacted the Company complaining that it did not reach specifications. I tried five times via email to explain that I should not have to pay for the return as it was advertised incorrectly. The item was sent from China but the item had to be returned to the USA using a tracking service. It cost me over £20 to return. Lucky enough I bought via PayPal so I was able to claim £15 back for the postage. I will track item and when it reaches the destination hopefully I will receive a full refund. I will never buy from this Company again!! What they are doing is sending out unsatisfactory cheap items knowing that people won't want to pay for the return back to the USA. A total con. Companies like this should be closed down. Totally ripping off hard working people. Disgusting!!!!!

I ordered their “Blast” which should be called a “Bust”. What a terrible item, doesn’t work as described and I was stupid and I bought two. DON’T waste your money on this useless piece of junk

Misrepresentation of Products
I ordered a Blast Auxiliary AC portable unit from the Quality Gadget Shop. The product did not operate per their site description. I called several times to find out how to return the product and went into a phone loop and not able to leave a message. I was able to send them an email explaining the issue. It took their customer service over three weeks to respond. After another two weeks of email tag with customer representative Ash I was given an address to return the item at my own expense. When I finally received the refund they refused to refund their original shipping charge!!! They are not customer focused and misrepresent the items they sell. Do NOT USE them.

Misleading products/lost $31 in refund process
I ordered 3 baux portable air conditioners and 2 refillable water curtains. I paid about $250. Product WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED, DID NOT HOLD CHARGE (but for about 45 minutes!), AND DID NOT BLOW ANY KIND OF "COOL AIR" (just pushed around the warm air in our tiny bathroom). Was not happy so wheni asked for refund I HAD TO PAY $20.45 TO SHIP BACK FOR REFUND! AND THEY SHORTED ME ABOUT $10 IN MY REFUND! So in the end poor/non-working product and LOST AROUND $31... DO NOT ORDER OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

HORRIBLE! poor customer follow-up. We had 1 number to go by to show that we had ordered but not a confirmation letter. We have waited 6 weeks and still no products. We went through a 3rd party and so you never know who you are buying from. NEVER AGAIN!

This product has false claims and does not work. It is more about their refund policy. They DO NOT refund the full amount. It also takes over three months to get your money back. Check their reviews besides mine. They say it all!!! BUYER BEWARE.....

Habe die Reflexology insole bestellt,war nicht das was ich mir daraus versprach.Kontakt per Email,2St.zurück gesendet und da haben Sie mir einfach 49.-€ für 1paar Sohlen berechnet,ist absolut nicht hinehmbar werde mich mit Paypal in Verbindung setzen und wenn diese nichts unternehmen,werde ich bei Paypal aussteigen.

Die Ware ist geliefert worden. Habe eines davon ausgepackt und getestet. Ich war sowas von enttäuscht das gibts nicht. Nur Schrott, und dann noch teuer verkauft. Habe es zurück gegeben. Es wurden aber nur 20% des Kaufpreises erstattet. Das lass ich mir nicht gefallen, notfalls zum Anwalt.

I bought 4 auxiliary units for 265.00. These do no work. I returned a month ago and paid 65. 00 for shipping. Still have not received a refund. I do not recommend buying anything from this company

There is no customer service mindset about this company WHATSOEVER, they have the "I CANNOT" mentality! When running a business, the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! False representation/advertising! This company takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for their sub standard product. They are putting an expense on their customers that is ridiculous, bec it is THEIR responsibility to back a product that does not work as described, not the customer. They don't want their customers to be happy or they would simply send a prepaid label for return of this item. Then they have the AUDACITY to send a survey asking about good or bad service? Seriously? Their employee, Reggie made assurances that there would be no cost to me to return the item. Now they are back peddling his promise! Hannah promised a called from a supervisor immediately on 07/06, it has been over 24 hours, sadly no call. Am I surprised? uh no. What are you afraid of people? Excuses, saying it would be escalated to a manager who has authority and that you are willing to make this right. Then Sascha O. says they want to resolve this positively? Really? What exactly is your interpretation of "positively"? You get what you give. I am sure there are others who have had a disappointing experience with the so-called "QUALITY" Gadget company. Yelp will be very interested to hear about it and I am happy to provide all the details. Imagine all the time that Clancy, Reggie, Moussa, Phillip, Hannah and now Sascha have expended on this case and still no resolution, that's a bunch of man hours. It's your choice. Is it really worth losing business after a bad review is posted on Yelp?

June 15th I was scammed.
I p was looking at these on June 15th. Was wanting to know the final cost. Well it all went through quickly. I quickly ask to be refunded. Keep getting the same replies. I’m sick of it. This is definitely a scam.
Poor product
Poor product, does NOT work!!! Returned after arguing with customer service. Paid $25 to send it back via Federal Express. Waited for my refund. When I called back they said they didn’t accept FedEx. Even though they did receive it via the tracking number. Product is poor and so is customer service. DO NOT BUY. You will be sadly disappointed and out $$$
