After unpacking my new Volador I was impressed with the overall quality and design. I purchased this for use in my private airplane for ground transportation
and it checked all the boxes. Size / weight / quality / company support. I will be putting together a video soon of its use in general aviation.

I like my Volador! There were delays in production over the winter but QS compensated with free accessories. Liz Xu ,marketing manager, kept me informed of the bike's progress to delivery. It arrived in good shape except the rear fender was dented during shipping. They have offered to pay for repairs. I haven't started looking for who can un-dent it. Very happy with the bike so far. Quick basic setup and everything is working properly.

This bicycle rides and performs wonderfully. The folding action is as it should be. However, the tires are splitting in the sidewall both front and rear both sides of each tire. As the bike is not even 6 months old I don't understand this deterioration in the tires

i broke my cousins throttle lever because i was dumb. Liz Xu solved my issue faster than i could imagine. give her a raise, some candy and a day off

I have enjoyed my Dolphin ebike for over 350 miles. What makes the experience great is the communications and assist in the two backordered items. The great customer support is appreciated and Qualisports earns my recommendation to family and friends. Thanks Liz!

Very professional and responsive. Bikes are excellent and unique
because they look like regular bikes and are not bulky.

I bought the wrong item. Customer service immediately responded my call and helped me to return the item. As soon as the item received they shipped the replacement. Great customer service and product. I love my Qualisports Beluga!

We really enjoy our Qualisports Dolphin bikes. We love traveling with them as they fold and fit easily into our truck's back seat area and can be put in and taken out quickly because of their relatively light weight.
Once unfolded, they are a fun bike to ride too. We have ridden these bikes on many trails now in many states as we travel and plan for many more miles of smiles! Cheers to 'getting out there' and having fun!

The Beluga and our Dolphin has changed our LIVES!

My wife and I purchased these Electric Bikes and we have become a lot more active. Our two grandchildren who are are both three years old get so excited knowing we are going out on rides when they visit.

Both my wife and I often ride our Bikes to work now. My commute is 5 miles round trip her commute is 30 miles.

I ordered a Volador during an Autumn sale, after saving up to buy a folding e-bike for several months. Liz contacted me a few days after I placed the order to inform me they were out of stock, & offered to switch my order to a different model. After discussing the pros & cons of Qualisports' other products, I decided to stick with the Volador even though that meant waiting about a month for the next batch to ship from the factory. Despite the numerous supply chain bottlenecks in late 2021, Liz regularly kept me up-to-date on the status of the shipment: when it left the factory, when it arrived at the warehouse, & when it finally left for delivery to me, which was ultimately earlier than I had expected. They were even able to handle a change-of-address as I moved in the time between when placing the order & when it arrived.

Once I got the bike, assembly was straightforward right out of the box with both the paper & online instructions. The Volador fits snugly in my coat closet & is just the right weight for me to carry up 2 flights of stairs between the street & my apartment. All of the parts are durable & use standard interfaces, so I've been able to tune, maintain, & repair the bike with ease.

There are only two areas I can think of for improvement. On assembly, I found the provided wrenches & hex keys a little clunky - particularly when turning the fender attachment screws closest to the magnetic catch on the right side of the rear wheel - though I was able to install everything easily with my own socket wrench. In terms of design, I think it would benefit from added suspension for a smoother ride, but even then the Volador rides more smoothly on my local cycle lanes than my previous road bike ever did. Overall, a very good product & customer service to match.

My experience with Qualisports was fantastic--I highly recommend using them. I ordered two bikes as gifts for my parents, and most importantly, my parents love the bikes.

However, I want to note that my great experience goes beyond just the quality of the product. Due to the COVID supply chain issues, there was some delay, and then an issue (by no fault of Qualisports) with the delivery of one bike. Qualisports was extremely proactive in their communication and kept me up to date every step of the way. Liz was in constant contact with me (and always quickly answered any questions I had) detailing what was happening, which was much appreciated.

A great product paired with exceptional customer service made this a GREAT buying experience.

I was on the waitlist for a Qualisports bike that was out of stock and Liz reached out about a different model and the differences and was very helpful. I ordered the Dolphin and it shipped very quickly. If you have any worries about a folding bike, this thing is built like a tank. Feels very secure riding it. No problems with the bike, all of my interactions have been great and promptly responded to.

I paid $80 for a charger and they sent the wrong one
I'm changing my review to 5 star. They refunded my money and sent me a new charger. They made every thing good. I couldn't be happier!

I would like to thank people of Qualisports for tackling the problem i had right away without any delay i would also like to commit on my past post in which i had a bad experience but Qualisports handled the problem and i am now back up and running thanks again ....

Received my Dolphin a day after eye surgery and thanks to a neighbor and UPS they were able to leave it near my door in my apt. bldg. This is my fourth e-bike and the Qualisports (my first) is the only one to arrive in perfect condition without needing any adjustment. Did not do the fenders. Also got the front basket and rear carrier and was easily attached. So far i'm liking the bike and was surprised to find a metal derailleur protector on the bike which is nice as last years models did not have this. Rode today and lost two bars (out of four) on the battery after 34 miles which seems reasonable to me. My main criticisms would be the lack of some information on setting the LCD Displays. Also this my first thumb throttle which I find terribly inferior to a twist throttle. And the battery removal and insertion is harder than I had originally thought and care should be taken to make sure the coiled battery cord is a reasonably away from the bike chain. All in all, it is a quality bike and I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent service. I was asking about an additional charger for my Beluga. They responded by email immediately. It was out of stock and they offered to have it shipped directly from the supplier.

Not only is their service excellent, but so is my Beluga!
