Great communication from the team and fabulous quality picture - we got picture of my brother's 4 cats as a gift for for his birthday and he loved it

Ordered a picture of my cat as “The Spoilt Prince”, but by mistake the draft they sent was “The Spoilt Princess” . I emailed them and this was rectified straight away with no fuss.
The canvas I received was fantastic and my husband was over the moon!

Order placement is simple, the proof arrived promptly and the pictures also, and a few days earlier than I expected.

Really pleased with the quality, the images are absolutely delightful, we are both really pleased with them.

A voucher for a portrait was a Xmas gift from our children and their spouses. I admit that didn't know if the outcome would be to our liking, however have to declare that we could not be happier and I thank Purr & Mutt for their patience and professionalism.

I was dubious at what the quality would be like, and was worried about the time of delivery, but.....when we received the portrait it was perfect, well created and so fun. It was a mother's day present and she loves it. Delivery time was actually faster than expected. I would definitely use this service again.

Was excited to get it as a gift. Was so disappointed when I received my order, the photo was damaged and had dents due to poor delivery. The image it self was not what you advertise on your website. It was barely cartoonish, rather looked like a cheap photoshop job done.
Disappointed to say the least, not worth your money

We saw Purr and Mutt's ad on Instagram and liked the look of the finished products and their pricing.
Uploading the images of our dog was simple and straightforward and we were excited to receive the preview of the artwork.
We requested a few changes to the image and these were quickly actioned at a charge of £4.99, which I felt was reasonable.
The finished portrait of our beautiful boy now hangs proudly above the mantelpiece and we couldn't be happier with it!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Sent the wrong order (someone else's), massive breach of data protection - who knows who now has my personal details? Asked for a replacement item as soon as possible as error sending wrong item, still not received. Asked for a refund, told as per FAQ's?! That's new consumer law to me! My advice - spend with a competitor, not worth the hassle, loss of personal data, and I'll probably be disappointed with the quality once it arrives. Hey-ho lesson learned!

I recently gifted my terminally ill mother (dementia and ALS) a portrait of our late dog after she had requested a portrait of him to remember him by. The smile it brings to her face every day - despite her illness - makes each dark day a little easier. This is such a lovely, wholesome gift created with so much care and respect. Thank you for the memories you have given us, both of our beautiful angel Harley, and also the chance to see my mother smile.

Every step of the process was great. I got to make sure the picture was perfect before delievery and I love it!!

Print arrived and there was a line that wasnt visible on the original picture, we contacted customer service who then sent out the same print again. On the 3rd time we received the correct print. The print was for a present and arrived a month late not great service.

I like that the company sends a preview photo for you to look over and approve or request changes. I’m not a picky person by any means, but I did think the angle of my dogs head & neck was a little odd. So I made a request to change it. They did exactly what I asked with no hesitation! The art turned out great and we all enjoy it. It’s fun.

Picture is gorgeous, not impressed with the frame. I paid £78 for the product so don’t think it’s worth the money. Wish I’d only bought the photograph and framed it myself. It’s a gift too, so doesn’t look as expensive as I thought it would.

Fantastic product I ordered as a present - I ordered the framed canvas and it was brilliant. I also got the digital version which was useful to share with others. I didn't even have to make any edits before printing - it was perfect on the first draft
