Booked them to do a diagnostic (which was a clunky experience). No-one turned up. I chased via email, Whatsapp and phone and no-one got back to me. I gave them one last chance, managed to get someone by phone. He said he would call me back and never did. DON'T RELY ON THESE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING FIXED URGENTLY!

We had an issue with our hot water system. We called on Sunday and were told that they didn’t have anyone available and promised someone would come Monday morning. No one came on Monday and when we called they said that they were sorry but no one was available. They then promised to come on Wednesday instead. They gave us a 9am-12pm slot but no one showed again. When we called them they said their engineer was stuck on another job and would come 4-5pm. No one showed up then either. TERRIBLE customer service. These guys have wasted three days of our lives.

Adam and T came to sort my issue out late at night. They were determined to resolve it and pulled out all the stops. Thanks chaps

The whole process was quick and easy. From booking the appointment to the plumber attending and doing the job. Both the advisor on the phone to the plumber who attended, were the epitome of professionalism.

On Phone told me £79 call out charge, became 94.80 when the came claiming price was ex-vat. For a leak in bathroom told me it will be 400+ (labour+call out+ parts if they have) without investigating it. Explained to me if they dont have the parts they will just cut off the water supply. When I refused to pay over 400 they agreed to 252 just to isolate if they dont have the parts. Once I agreed they told me its just a pipe to flush tank leaking and as expected they dont have the felxi pipe so in the end just switched off the water pipe to flush tank, 15-20 minutes job, and bye bye. Worst service you can ever imagine. If the owner of the company wants to sue me for this more than welcome.

We did a full trace an access for an external underground leak we had. Hussain and Adam were very knowledgeable and very precise, where they marked the leak that is where they found it, which was impressive. I would definitely recommend them and we will use them in the future for any plumbing issues we might have.

Excellent service on an emergency call out in the middle of the night. Professional and friendly, good communication throughout. Thoroughly cleared our blocked outside drain then cleaned and disinfected. I would not hesitate to call again.

This firm is great. They first came out for an emergency call on 24th December 2024, and then I arranged a follow up appointment to clear the non-emergency problems for February 2025. They are incredibly professional, highly reliable, explain exactly what they are going to do, why that is necessary, what has caused the issues etc. They have high pressure equipment, clean up after they have finished. Very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
