Fast redemption although craps was available for a bit from iconic21 and then it got taken away so I don't play anymore waiting for it to come back.

The only reason I'm stuck at 3 stars right now is redemption time for a larger amount (48hrs, still not approved) and the fact I've now not heard anything back from Help Chat in almost 24hrs.

This casino is great. I have played and redeemed. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the redemptions. I will boost to 5 stars once this last redemption i put in is fulfilled. At first I was questioning this site because nothing was hitting but then it all started acting like these other casinos and bam. I redeemed like 200 and had it in skrill in a couple of hours. Then I redeemed 101 again had it in a couple of hours. Now I have put in for a larger redemption and it has been over 24 hours with no movement and I do not think they have any customer support because it has been 10 hours and still no reply. I wanted to put this one in my top 3 that I play but I just dont think any of them are going to out do lucky hands with their instant redemptions. The coinsback feature is nice and something new. They do not have alot of promo packages like cluck, hello millions, lonestar,realprize or crown coins. I think this casino will do well if they can get their customer support better and looks like maybe get larger redemptions a little faster. Hello millions can have a 2000 redemption in your account the same day. This is just my opinion at the moment and may change with time and experiences. 3 stars for now and that may go up or it may go down. My biggest gripes are no customer support and larger redemptions seem to be an issue

Not a great first experience. Bought the 9.99 package for 30. I started at 3pm was done by 3:15pm . Every single game, nothing but dead spins. No bonus or free spins.

Ok, I literally found this platform today. And at first I’m not gonna lie I was skeptical. I purchased my first welcome package which was a great deal. And I started the verification process. I thought I had completed it but I didn’t. Anywho, I won enough to redeem which I have Skrill so I’m not sure how long it will take to actually process. But don’t expect it to be too long.
