My experience with The Boss Casino was initially very pleasant. I made an account back in late march, the site ran well, verification was smooth, they had a variety of games and redemptions were generally rolled out in a 24-48 hr period.

I wasn't super active on the website but there were at least two different occasions where I redeemed on the site after making a purchase or two. I never won big or anything, but a few hundred dollars or so.

Fast forward to a few days ago. I got an email promotion like always for an SC pack. Bought it for $100 and played through. I played a little roulette I believe and went to a slot, it didn't go well and I ended up losing it, that's life I guess. The promotion said if you make a purchase then you can get up to 5000+ free spins so I decided to wait on that in the email later.

What I got instead was a surprise email banning my account after supposed "violation" of their terms of use. The decision had apparently already been made. So I reached out for an explanation, I wasn't given one, only told that the decision was final. I've heard of Casinos that suddenly ban people after a big win in order to avoid paying them, but I've never heard of one that would ban you after a loss.

It doesn't matter what you do or how well things are going for you. One day they may just ban you without cause or explanation, just like that. I guess it turned out to be better that it was a fairly small loss instead of a big win/redemption I'd have to fight for. At least this way I can wash my hands of them for good.

If two people in the same household have an account you will not get your winnings and your account will be banned. They don't tell you this until you win money though. They let you put in as much as you want but, when you win they deactivate your account. Also if you win over $1,000 they won't pay you. And the $500 they let you keep they don't pay either. They keep you waiting but, it never processes. And the other $500 gets erased from your account. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLATFORM ANY OF YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY PAYS TO PLAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WAITING TO TAKE INNOCENT PEOPLE'S MONEY. SPREAD THE WORD PLEASE.

This is the worst sweepstakes casino i have ever played. Spent hundreds and It just takes and takes with barely any return whatsoever. The bonuses are the worst, they just constantly waste your spins. Horrible! Not a fair casino, definitely a scam. Read the other reviews.

I have won three times on here. The first two paid QUICKLY (Within hours). However, this time it's been severel days and now my account has been banned???! I never received the payout either. Very disappointed!

I wish I could give them 0 Stars!!! If you are thinking about depositing on this platform, DON'T!!! Especially if you live in the same household with someone else that also plays. I absolutely enjoyed the gameplay upon my first deposit. I won 1000+ dollars I should’ve read the fine print because you can only redeem 500 for your first withdrawal and then the other remaining balance gets erased from your account, which I think is crazy, but I get it. This is day number three of waiting on redemption. My account is fully verified. The amount is exactly 500. I still have 800 in my account. I’ve asked a couple times is everything OK and they respond almost instantly saying yes I’m in queue to be redeemed. Please be patient so fingers crossed everything goes well and I get my redemption soon. If I do get my redemption soon, I would highly recommend this platform. just be aware of slow redemption.!

Site cancelled and kept a $216 redemption citing that I had multiple accounts (Me and my wife). Support confirmed that both accounts could stay open as a gesture of goodwill but wouldnt guarantee that theyd allow future redemptions. Would not honor a refund to my credit card either.

After making a purchase and winning up to the minimum redemption amount ($100.00) i tried to redeem it and they said i done something wrong, taking not only my winnings but my purchase money as well. I play about 20 different sweeps casino's. By far this is the worst 1. If getting scammed is your thing, then this is the casino for u. Boooooo on you Boss Casino

Do not spend your money or play on this site ! the people on here are lying it's a straight money grab scam..I paid in two times to try the sites ⁸out and the games do not play smooth and rig to not hit a bonus and if you do it's very small I only seen one. It will take your money quick if you like to lose. there other sites way better than them so don't fall for them fake package deals scams just for you too lose and never see a payout

This scam casino wasn't happy I won $350+ fair and square so they cancelled my redemption, deleting my balance down to $175 due to my win violating policy even though I won it super honestly no cheesy gimmicks. Here is the email I got. Stay away everyone.

I redeemed 300sc and was
Declined because it said the multiple accounts have Been made
On the same ip address but my son is the only one with a account and we’re fully verified.Just a loophole to try and not pay people

I wish they had more games. And i dont like that when you redeem a prize the balance stays in your wallet instead of deducting it

Got sent an email. Was told my account activity wasn't in line with the terms of service. What exactly does that mean? Well anything they want really.

Signed up day 1 with them and made multiple purchases and redemptions. Site was good with good daily bonuses. I have rated the site 5 stars before.

Found out on 05/05/2026 That my account was permanently closed with no real reason given besides given a vague impersonal automated message.

I go the extra mile to make sure I don't break any rules on any sites, so this came as a huge surprised.

Very disappointed.

Terrible scamming site ! Just recently bought a deal for 30 for 58. Ended up with 2k! But when I went to get verified they told me that because there’s another account with the same ip address they forfeited my funds all of them ? I told them that I only have one account and my roommates gamble and they told me it doesn’t matter only one account or person on the ip address so everything is gone now ? This casino is a scam. Do not use this platform. They took my winnings. After I put so much money on there. They wait to tell me about terms and conditions. When I am the only person on my IP address. Scam at its finest!! The casino took my winnings and said terms and conditions. But gave me the refund on gold coins. They stole my winning. They have many providers. At this point I only try out new social casinos when incentived by offer walls like RevU etc. Did the $10 for $25 pack. Hit 4 bonuses on hacksaw games and the highest win was $3. Hacksaw has been lacking recently so maybe a testament to them. Regardless theboss didn't have originals like in house keno/dice or any of the usual I play. They had some janky 3rd party ones but that's it. Layout for site is strange. Offer hasn't tracked yet and usually RevU is solid. Thoroughly unimpressed with a company joining the social casino space this late and having that sloppy of a website. Won't be back.

I like a few of their games I cannot find elsewhere. the customer service awesome, and I am sure they get a lot of crap from people. if youre kind with yor concerns they will be super helpful and make things happen for you!! I like the site and personally havent had to much to complain about. I do wish I could win more often and possibly get free play every now and then. :) if youre already getting on these sites to gamble well trusting them is such as well. I trust this casino
