Placed an order May 26th. After a few weeks, noticed it hadn't shipped. On June 8th, I reached out to customer service. They stated the vendor cancelled the order the next day (May 27th). I asked them if they could resubmit the order, they said no. They said they'd cancel it in 3-5 business days. I've reached out to their customer service multiple times. I posted a comment on their facebook page asking for assistance. They deleted my comment. I posted another comment, they AGAIN deleted it.
They have the time to delete my comment but not respond to my requests?

Worst. Customer. Service. EVER.

I’ve ordered from this company for years even travel packages. I understand that you can’t cancel travel arrangements. The fact that the company won’t even call the hotel to try to change the reservations is diabolical to me. Especially when I told the agent the hotel was okay with canceling. I purchased travel insurance but everyone knows you can’t make any claims if there isn’t anything wrong with your traveling party. I was so irritated that the agent hung up on me. No I’m stuck with a payment all because my daughter tournament got canceled.

I ordered a mattress?The mattress was never delivered to my residence, and now I can't get a response from purchasing power. This issue is escalated to corporate, and it has been going on 2 months now every time I call, they say, give us 24 to 48 hours. So now since the end of april, they've been taking payments out of my check for something i've never received. This is an unacceptable way of doing business.I do not recommend it to anyone.

I have placed the same order twice. And both times it got canceled. First time because appropriate document weren't submitted quick enough. The 2md time it got canceled after I worked for hours trying to set up the Allotment with no success, they canceled due to employer. I am very frustrated with this company. I was excited to have found it. Was ordering an item that would have been beneficial for health reasons. If I'm not the only person having issues with the Allotment maybe some much needed changes need done to you website and procedures!. It needs to be more user friendly. Was looking forward to doing business with your company but I see you have to jump thru hoops and if your lucky you become a consumer.

This company is so automation-driven. It's so difficult when you can't reach someone in the USA. When you ask to speak to someone in the USA, they put a person on the phone who's english is better than the last person. This is an awful way to run a business.

They don't ship your entire order then tell you they can't do anything about you missing half a couch and expect you to still pay for it

I purchased tires from there and paid for 2 what the price of 4 is ANYWHERE else. There should be laws against this type of stuff

Great experience with Purchasing Power when I had problems with the first ROG Ally that I received! The return and shipment of replacement device was fast and easy! I am very happy with the replacement Ally that I got! No problems or issues with this one!

I brought this Delamore 7/8 CT TGW Octagon Created Emerald Curb Link Chain Necklace in Sterling Silver black in February and wore it twice and now I'm unable to wear because the shine is gone it turned black and looks horrible. However it's unfair that I still have to pay for for this trash.

I ordered the $1000 product and have been paying for it for weeks and it has never shown up. I called and they said read the fine print on delivery and I did. But thats not what their delivery service said. So I took off work and they never called or showed up. PP says, their shipping summary and their delievery says something completly different. They have zero communication with their shipping company and zero communication with me. I tell them I want to cancel and they say I owe for freight charge back for an item I never received. I'll just call the bank and take them to small claims where they would lose...

Ordered 2 E Bikes. Received shipping notification all seemed well. Then just one arrived. Called and having to wait 2 weeks now. Had made reservations that I had to cancel. Ruined my wife's birthday and the customer service is trash. I will.never use this service again ever and recommend everyone stay clear of it.

I tried to order an iPhone 17 pro and a case for it and the case was processed but the phone kept getting cancelled so I call customer support and they say it was cancelled due to “risk” and my address wasn’t verified😐. So they say wait a few days because they would open a ticket or whatever to see what the problem is. A few days pass and I call again and they tell me the EXACT same thing. This happened once more and atp I’m done. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been trying to order for 5 days now but my order keeps getting cancelled. I have called 3x and been in 2 chats and no one can tell me why this keeps happening. Then the amount of time to solve the problem 5-7 days is ridiculous. By the time it gets "solved" I am sure the item will be sold out. I have provided all info needed and all I do is keep getting stonewalled and pushed off.

Purchasing Power has been consistently taking money out of my account for over a month. These charges were made for a product that was already paid off, which is unacceptable. After reviewing my account, I also noticed I was overcharged on several purchases. I strongly encourage others to check their account summaries carefully to make sure you haven’t been overcharged as well. I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter.

I like Purchase Power bc of the conscience. My tv went out and I didn’t have money to buy one so I got it through PP. I dislike the price hike. Does each state or employer have a different selection of what they can purchase? I saw where some could purchase furniture but I can’t get it on my app

I recently purchased a ninja air fryer from them which is extremely overpriced but any ways they shipped out the product and took the whole amount out of my paycheck!!!! And couldn’t tell me why when I originally requested to have payments taking out every pay period!!!! I was highly pissed!! Contact customer service and they was dumb as a rock sorry that’s what I got from them!! I will be removing them asap from my LES because the item is already paid for !!! My first time with them and last , they should not be allowed to be in business with the federal government!! They are scammmers!!!!!!!!!

We are writing this from the perspective of a supplier partner. In our communication with them, or lack of, we were treated in a rude and dismissive way. The personal retribution has cost my team mightily, and while it's out of my control as this company's founder, they did express that they would leave bad reviews.

I purchased a PS5 in December 2025. I received a different item than the one I ordered. I asked for a price adjustment since the item I received was cheaper. The man I was dealing with stated that according to their supplier the PS5 I received was more expensive than the one I ordered and they wouldn’t do a price adjustment. This is not the case. He offered me to return the item for a refund. Due to the poor customer service and him not knowing the prices of their items I decided to keep the item since I can’t guarantee that I will actually get the refund. So now I will be paying a higher price for a lesser item. I will never order anything from them again. I also made sure to tell my coworkers at Disney about my experience.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS CURRENTLY OUT OF 2000 DOLLARS BECAUSE OF DAMAGE THAT WAS CAUSED EITHER DURING THE STORING PROCESS OR THE DELIVERY PROCESS ,THEY WILL PUT THE BLAME ON EACH OTHER AND NEVER TAKE ACCOUNTABILTY EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW THE PROOF .
