This shop is fantastic. Wonderful design, good quality and reasonable prices! In addition, an extremely friendly customer service that helped me to get new buttons for my beloved coat. Without problems or additional costs. If you want the heart of the scene, you are well-advised with Punkrave.

An item was out of stock in the size I ordered and they found a different item to replace it with for me, and even though it was more expensive, the absorbed the cost to be able to get me a shirt for the wedding on-time 🖤

excellent customer service! the discount was amazing, it even applies to clearance items. the additional customs charge i had to pay was fully refunded without problems and in a very short time. i even received the option to contact staff before making new orders to get discount codes. very happy. definitely ordering more items in the future.

- DHL shipping takes about 3 weeks, but the accelerated fedex is in a few days + the parcels are well packed :)

DHL was not updating the tracking info, but I did not know that, so I worte to see what was going on, for I had no information whatsoever about my order. So the staff explained me that it was DHL's fault, but that I needed not to worry, that my order would arrive on time. And it did. I am also quite pleased with the kilt I bought.

The clothes are unique and beautiful, the customer service really helpful. Totally recommand punk rave ! Just check every items sizing.

Punkrave is a great shop with very nice people. I had a problem with an order that I created myself and the problem was resolved immediately within a few hours. They also responded immediately to my request without having to wait for days. My new favorite shop.

I have bought 4 garment so far. Great cloak, 2 cool vests and a nice jacket. I am quite satisfied. The service is very good. Would order here again.

However, there is a small shortcoming, maybe it can be improved: the clothes are very tightly packed with plastic, so some surface of velvet clothes is damaged by the pressure. I think this is a pity, because it's just what makes velvet when the surface is not crushed. Maybe the velvet garments can be packed with strong cardboard and other textile materials with plastic.

So I ordered a medium dress that arrived super quickly which was awesome, only thing is I miscalculated. I needed a size smaller, so I opened up a refund/exchange inquiry to which Emmanuel was to assist me. Wow wow, very friendly and super helpful. My case was time sensitive so he was willing to help arrange things to be speedy. I was able to return, recieve a refund and order the correct size within a week. I cannot be more happier with how I was helped. The refund took some time to process, bt overall things went smoothly. I'm more than excited to get my dress and I definitely will be making purchases here again.

I received the wrong items when I ordered so I contacted the company, after 3 days I had no reply, I but I could still see they were posting on the socials which I also tried to contact them on, still nothing. I felt very frustrated like I was begin ignored. When I finally got a response, they was very helpful, very fast to respond and above all else they fixed my problem without delay.

After more then a month, DHL contacted me to tell me that they had not received the package from Punkrave yet. I emaild them several times over multiple weeks and no answer. Only after writing a very negative review and emailing them more then 20 times in one day, I got an answer. They explained that my package was in a sorting centre in the UK but because of corona and brexit everyting had a huge delay. I understand that this is not punkraves fault but the lack of communication is really a problem. I finally received my package today, the kimono is nice quality and exactly like the picture so it's a positive ending, but I will probably not order from them again.

I've been trying to reach costumer service for about 6 months now and they don't respond at all.. I don't know if there is something wrong with the mailing system but they don't respond. Very bad!
