I ordered some clothes on the 26th December 2021. For quite a month. Since then I never heared a single word from them, although I already payed. I want my clothes or my money back!

Update 25th January 2022:

So after I wrote this report here Punk Rave send me two different mails where I can track my order. One of the links says my order is delivered to a adress in the USA (I'm from Germany!!!) and the other says is shipping to DHL in Germany. Maybe I'm getting my stuff this year.

Package too weeks to ship, took over a week to get to me, and it took months to arrange a return since I had already ordered a replacement from elsewhere. However, I understand there is a global pandemic and supply chains are strained. The customer service agent was courteous and helpful. I received a refund as soon as the package was back in the hands of the shipper.

Marvelous service, magnificent gowns and in reasonable prices. I also want to point out very good cooperation with amazing Emanuele, fast respond, helpful.

The customer service I received from staff member Emanuele was amazing. He kept me updated throughout and the order was shipped safely and fast.
I did encounter an issue along the way, but Emanuele helped me rectify this immediately. That's the best customer service I've received in a long time.
I think the style of what Punk Rave offer is great and I'd love to see more of this, but I also think the pricing is too high for the quality offered. Perhaps my standards were too high also, but I personally wasn't a fan of the thin materials, such as polyester. Maybe this is tailored more to fancy dress/cosplay, but for general use, I didn't think it had much durability. So there could be improvements in terms of the clothing quality itself, but everything else is great.
And the returns process is simple enough, so that's absolutely fine.
Thank you for your service. I will check back every once in a while to see your latest range of clothing.

Non mi è mai capitata un esperienza simile in circa 20 anni di acquisti online.
La merce viene spedita dalla Cina, mi sono stati forniti tanti tracking diversi (che ne funzionasse uno), lo Staff ha risposto solo una volta (solo dopo aver aperto una pratica su paypal).
Morale della favola, non ho ricevuto un bel nulla, i tracking non funzionano, lo staff ha smesso di rispondere ed ho per fortuna vinto la pratica paypal. State alla larga da questa gente.

Had a slight issue with my order and my god the staff were SO nice about it! Especially Emanuele who helped me so much and was very quick to come up with a solution. The clothes are gorgeous and really good quality, would highly recommend!!

Voilà une semaine et demi que mon compagnon a passé commande sur ce site, et 8 jours que nous essayons de les contacter sans obtenir de réponse. L'article commandé bénéficiait d'une promotion, mais si cette promotion apparaît bien sur la commande, sur le compte bancaire le prix de l'article sans la promotion a été prélevé. Nous l'avons signalé vendredi 3 décembre, et l'email est resté sans réponse. Nous les avons relancé par email, sur les réseaux sociaux, et toujours pas de réponse. De plus, l'article est marqué comme expédié, alors que le numéro de suivi indique que le colis n'a pas encore été remis à DHL.
Ce site est une honte, ce sont clairement des arnaqueurs! Malheureusement nous n'avions pas vu les nombreux commentaires négatifs à leur sujet avant de passer commande!
Mise à jour 16.12.2021: Après avoir posté mon avis ici, le service client m'a enfin contacté, et ce malgré que nous étions dimanche. Ils m'ont expliqué que mon colis était envoyé, mais que DHL ne mettait pas à jour le suivi. En réalité le colis était expédié depuis la Chine, et DHL a mis à jour le suivi à partir du moment où ils l'ont eu entre les mains, donc une fois que le colis a transité par l'Allemagne. Ce serait beaucoup plus simple d'expliquer ça sur le site web! Ça éviterait que les clients se demandent ce qu'il se passe.
Une fois le contact établi, le service client a été très réactif et très aimable. Ils nous ont remboursé le trop perçu immédiatement, là dessus rien à dire, du coup j'ai revu ma note légèrement à la hausse. C'est juste dommage d'avoir été obligée de mettre une mauvaise note pour obtenir une réponse.
Niveau qualité le vêtement est très bien, un peu cher, mais les finitions sont impeccables.

Service was really good, i did have a couple of instances where the return label did not work properly but after a couple of emails back and forth i was met with a full refund and coupons for next purchase.

I just purchased a coat from here. It was my first purchase from punkrave so I was nervous that something would go wrong especially going by some of the reviews on here. The coat arrived in 2 days after making the purchase (for ref I live in the UK) with standard shipping so no complaints there whatsoever. The coat itself is beautiful, and fit me perfectly. I was worried it would be too small because of Asian sizing standards, so I ignored the size charts on their site and decided to size up just incase. The only complaint I have is that it arrived absolutely riddled in huge creases all along the bottom of the coat. I didn't want to return it solely because of this though because creases are usually fixable with a hand steamer or iron, of course.

Anyways, I can't wait to wear this coat through the winter ^^ (once I got the creases out, lol)

They have an amazing customer service, and the quality of their products is top notch. It's my go-to place!

Order placed Mon, 1 Nov, 2021. Haven't heard from this company since and no tracking. I've tried communicating with the company via all their social media platforms, the form on their site and email asking why my order placed 2 weeks ago hadn't been shipped. The customer service is non existent.

It is now 17 November, still no communication from this scam of a company. No tracking information or any indication that my item I paid for has been sent. I have had to open a dispute with PayPal to now try and get my money back!

10/12/2021 - Punk Rave have the audacity to complain about my review and still did not get back to me, they still claim they sent me an email about there being no stock but wont provide the documentation. They insist they refunded me but it was PAYPAL that refunded me due to Punk Rave not responding to the dispute. Disgusting.

What an amazing/awesome experience i had interacting with customer service (Emanuele) regarding an unforeseen shipping/customs issue. From the moment the issue occurred they responded to me immediately, in fact, they were already working on resolving the issue, they must have been checking to make sure my package was/had been delivered. Unbelievable, what company does this, none!!! They resolved the issue immediately, and sent me a new order, words can't describe how i feel right now, but WOW, i'm in shock, THANK YOU, no company has ever done anything like this for me, EVER. Please to all who are reading this, we need to support company's like this!!!

Punkrave clothes are of great quality and are unique which is why I keep coming back. Customer service is excellent as they do respond back but because of high volume orders, I do experience delays from time to time which is understandable. Other than that, the discounts are reasonable, and were able to get my store credit before returning the purchase via mail! they are a trustworthy fashion company! and better than all the other retailers like dolls kill, killstart. etc. You're my favorite, Punkrave!!

Great selection, decent shipping times to UK (given that they ship from EU). Returning the item was easy as it went to a UK address too. The only gripe is that emails/forms on the page don't seem to reach them so just use 'staff at punkrave.ch' if you need any support.

Sizing runs a bit on the smaller side but I was able to process a return pretty quickly. Great customer service and item was delivered sooner than expected!

The coat I ordered was a bit too small, so I asked the staff for the return procedure and got in touch with Emanuele, who was of a great help !
The same day I asked for the return, a DHL van got sent to my house to pick up the package, and everything went smoothly after that.
All in all, a perfect service ♥
