Sadly all items in 4XL doesent fit for a German juby girl :( Killstar 2XL fits to so I was curies 4XL form Punkrave will fit to but it does not, so I wanted to return all Items. After one Week without a response I Mailed the customerservice and I got an replay under 2 Hours. After that we Chatet and I explaind what happend. I got my Returnlabel und my money back. No Problems very kind Customer Service.

Incredible customer support!! They make everything possible. I was late with my order, but Emanuele did everything and I got my goods just before the WGT. That's really cool and in our days not very often encountered. 100% satisfaction :-)

There has been troubles with the deliverance, which was not the fault by PunkRave, but the delivery service.
Anyway. PunkRaves costumer service is brilliant and super supportive, they helped me very fast and in the end my order arrived savely. Highly recommended!

After the shipping company lost my order, Emanuelle from the helpdesk sorted everything out and made sure I recieved the jacket I really wanted. Great service!

J'ai commandé une robe à plus de 100e pendant les soldes d'avant noël mais elle n'est jamais arrivée (il est écrit sur le suivi qu'elle est bien arrivée à sa destination finale : Los Angeles alors que j'habite dans les hauts de France)
Aucun moyen d'avoir une réponse du service client qui m'ignore et ce peu importe le canal de contact (mail, réclamation, via la plateforme du site, il n'y a même pas de numéro de téléphone). Résultat, pas de nouvelles de la robe, de mes 100e ou de l'entreprise. N'achetez jamais chez punkrave.ch car je ne suis visiblement pas la seule à m'être faite avoir...

EDIT du 5 Mars 2023 : J'ai été promptement contactée par le service client après mon avis laissé sur la plateforme. La robe a enfin été réexpédiée chez moi après un échange avec un service client très compétent et un geste commercial... Je passe ma note à 3 étoiles car il est quand même délirant d'en arriver à poster un commentaire sur trustpilot pour avoir une réponse de la part de punkrave mais je remercie chaleureusement le service client de m'avoir fait changer d'avis sur l'enseigne.

I had trouble determining the correct size because I have uncommon proportions. When my shorts came in I fit in them but they were uncomfortable and I turned out to need a size bigger. I emailed my request and the new shorts in a size bigger were sent to me even before I had returned the ones I had. Very trusting and kind! And now I have shorts that fit me well and look amazing :)

Timely Support During Holiday Season - Express delivery for Christmas was held at customs for 7 days and then it bounced back to the sender. When this happened (as per tracking), I contacted support, and I was offered the options of refund or re-order. After my decision to re-order the product, it arrived in 18 days (including holidays) after my decision. Product was "packaged with care" as advertised using bubblewrap. On inspection, it was unharmed and of good quality - I had a previous order which arrived without issues, and the products were equally well-prepared.

I like being able to have access to a handful of Punk Rave items with an online store that seems to, so far; *ship quickly, *have comparable pricing, *have discounts here and there, and *respond quickly to customer inquires (as others have also said, Emanuele specifically has been kind and helpful)... Also, they cater to one of my biggest wishes with companies, *having easy enough returns for us in the U.S. It's hard to find anyone that sells my style and has easy returns, since most companies are small or in another country (which often stops me from even ordering anymore). I appreciate that they were able to figure out a system for that. If another site has a Punk Rave item I would like, I come and look to see if this company has the item first; then will actively choose them over others based on the customer service help and ability to grant a reasonable return or exchange.

The few cons are *that the sizings aren't consistent from garment to garment labeled the same size (more of a brand issue though) and *some of the sizing charts are incorrect (I measured myself, ordering up even, and the item still didn't fit. So for the reorder I went to 3 other sites selling the same item to compare sizing charts, which did have different measurements). *And then, reordering means I don't get the original discount.
*Also, I do wish the discount on items were itemized on the final bill. It was confusing to know if my refund was accurately calculated because I don't remember the item discounts vs. cart discounts.

However, overall, I have enjoyed this company. They gave gone above & beyond here and there. I hope they will continue to expand inventory, and that the positives will continue into the future. 🖤

This is the best source to buy Punk Rave from, their customer service is quick and helpful. Delivery through DHL usually is quick and if there is any setbacks and fees with the carrier, they will help sort that out as well.

Very good service, Emanuele was so arranging with my request, and so helpful ! I've never had a service like that in France, kind but also very professionnal.
The item was out of stock, and Emanuele succeed to send me one from the warehouse, and refund me the taxes from FedEx !
