I had an issue with a dress I ordered from Punk Rave, even though I followed the washing instructions on the label - the dress was ruined. After contacting them about the issue, Punk Rave immediately sent a new dress at no charge, which I found quite admirable! A bad experience turned great and restored my faith in this brand! I will now be more careful with my dress.

Je suis très contente de ce site, j'ai effectué un achat de 4 articles mais malheureusement les tailles ne convenaient pas. J'ai eu un peu de mal à contacter le service client pour les modalités de retour mais une fois le contact établi tout a été parfait. J'ai très bien été accompagnée avec proposition de remboursement par avoir anticipé pour effectué ma commande échange.
Je recommande donc ce site !

Drop shipping company!

Make sure you are aware they are a drop shipping company that will make it look like they have shipped your order yet you have to wait weeks for them to ship your products from China and then they lie about the delivery company being slow or customs being slow, but God forbid they take responsibility for misleading information.

Ordered something on 3rd of Dec and was allegedly “shipped” two days later. Received tracking and everything seemed ok, until there was no update for over a week. I go ahead and contact DHL and to my surprise, they said they did not receive the package from punkrave.ch and are still waiting for it. I am waiting for the cancellation of the order now and I hope they will not make this more unpleasant than it already is. But please, if you want to order Punk Rave clothes, avoid this website, I have order form AliExpress before and the process was so smooth and even if it takes about 2 weeks to deliver, they are open about the duration of the delivery and they are very professional. Do be fooled by the lower prices on this website, it is not worth it. Also really hard to get a hold of them.

Late edit: They refuse to cancel and try to look all professional by stating I need to be patient. Maybe they should be more honest on their website if they don’t want bad reviews. They are trying to take my review down now.

Fast and friendly customer service. Ordered shortly before a discount campaign. I still received the discount. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you very much!

Very nice and patient customer service, I made a mistake when sending back an exchange item (I ordered the wrong size) and it wasn’t a problem as Emanuele helped me figure it out with no problems!

I tried on punk rave items in a store and fell in love. I even wanted to try to be an ambassador for the brand. I ordered a skirt online and it was a very easy experience, I was dealing with a nice agent and they were very helpful. UNTIL I had to give my bank details for a refund for the taxes charged upon delivery. Immediately after this my account was frauded. There were charges etc and I had to close it. I tried to believe it wasn’t them and I actually made another order with them. This time weirdly they didn’t need my bank details to refund the taxes…?! I ordered a coat I had tried on in a store. I got it online because it was cheaper. It arrived after more than three weeks and it was faulty, the sizing was completely wrong. I asked for a return/exchange. This whole process took about FIFTY emails and back and forth to try to understand when someone would pick up the faulty coat etc. it was SO stressful. Eventually a new coat arrives, it was the right size! But looked like actual garbage. It has been screwed into a ball and was creased everywhere and had kind of burn marks on it. I was so angry. I had to go through the hassle AGAIN of returning and waiting and emailing endlessly. Who has the time or energy for that. After ALL this. The customer service that took over from the nice agent, calls themselves a manager and literally spoke to me like they were doing me a favour! They were SO rude and I have yet to receive so much as an apology!!! Let alone my money back or any kind of compensation for the stress and time. I am now completely disillusioned with this company and will not buy from them again.

Great clothes, great style. Plus: I had to pay a FedEx fee since it was shipped from China but for that amount i got a refund.

There was a problem with my order at customs but punkrave staff was incredibly kind to help me resolve the issue. The items I ordered are very high quality and absolutely gorgeous.

Had the bad luck of placing an order less than 24h away from a global 30% off deal on the store, they were kind enough to refund the difference, and that's something that very few stores would do.
Aside from it, shipping, packaging and clothes quality always on top !

Das gekaufte Kleid ist toll. Aber ich dachte, in der Schweiz zu kaufen, nicht in China. Es gab einen für mich verdächtigen Anruf, weil mein Paket im Zoll hing. Da ich nichts unternahm, blieb es dabei. Erst, als ich mich an den Versender, FedEx, wandte, ging es weiter. Nun musste ich die Quittung einreichen, da der Wert des Artikels bestimmt werden musste. Anschließend kam das Kleid gerade noch rechtzeitig an, aber es war Stress. Last not least musste ich knapp 14€ Gebühren bei FedEx bezahlen. Die wurden mir allerdings von PunkRave erstattet. Insgesamt war es recht anstrengend.

The quality of the clothes ordered is wonderful as always. This time there was trouble with the delivery, but the service from punkrave is extremely helpful and courteous. In the end I finally got the delivery and everyone is happy :-)

Hatte drei Hosen bestellt. Zwei gefielen mir ( an mir ) aber nicht. Die Rückgabe war super. Das Team war sehr hilfsbereit, schnell und zuverlässig.
