I contacted PULS to repair my refrigerator. They gave me a time, including the name of the technician but 1 hour before the time of the appointment, they canceled it asking me to make another appointment two days later. Completely unacceptable

Headline: Unprofessional, poor workmanship, and terrible customer service—avoid for flooring!
I initially hired Puls for a minor rotten wood repair estimated at just a few hours. While onsite, they convinced me to restain a section of water-stained wood flooring, claiming it would only take a few extra hours. That was completely untrue. The project dragged on for days and remains unfinished 6 weeks later.
The technicians sent were completely unprofessional, even billing me for time spent smoking weed in my driveway. Worse, their workmanship was disastrous:
They failed to sand properly and applied stain directly over uncleaned surfaces.
They painted the stain on thickly without wiping it off, ignoring basic manufacturer instructions.
The stain was applied so heavily that 6 weeks later, it remains as tacky and sticky as a rat trap leaving that space in my home completely unusable for a family.
When they returned to "fix" it, they repeated the exact same mistake, despite me explicitly explaining that wood stain is a wipe-on, wipe-off product. When I requested a properly trained technician, Puls refused to send anyone else.
Customer service was completely unhelpful until I filed a credit card chargeback. They then tried to hold my resolution hostage, telling me they wouldn't help unless I dropped the credit card dispute. In the end, Puls only agreed to reimburse $1,300—falling short of the $1,800 quote that their own technician estimated it would take to fix the damage they caused. Save yourself the nightmare and hire qualified local specialists instead.

BAD EXPERIENCE
Puls left a bad taste in my mouth. This company are none of the things that they advertise. I paid for service's in full that weren't completed the belt and pulley . The first technician repaired the belt and not the pulley. I found out that the pulley wasn't replaced when the dryer stop working the next day after supposedly being fixed. The second technician came out to take a look at the dryer only to tell me that the pulley wasn't repaired. It's been a lot of back and forth to repair the dryer. The technicians don't acknowledge their calls, poor communication, no supervision, being rescheduled from one day to another, it's been a lot of inconvenience. I've still haven't talked to a manager/supervisor. Not once was I offered a refund for the pulley not being repaired. I will not recommend anyone to use this company

The tech kept asking if he could come…
The tech kept asking if he could come earlier. I kept telling him no b/c I work. The appointment time was b/t 6-8pm. Then he didn’t come with any tools. He was there less than 5 minutes and I was charged $99. I will NEVER use Puls ever again after today. Awfulllll!!!!!’

Because this initial report did not mention any mechanical problems, the technician did not bring the specialized tools required for readjusting the spin basket. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding and are ready to schedule a follow-up visit with the correct equipment to resolve the basket alignment. Warm Refrigerator
Puls repaired the defrost heater assembly for one of my rental apartments in March 2026. This past week, my tenants contacted me to let me know that the refrigerator was not cooling again. I contacted Puls, and they sent out a technician on Friday. The technician arrived, did not contact me, and set up another appointment for Monday 7/27 between 6:30-8:30 am. Nobody showed up to the appointment on Monday, and nobody contacted me. The latest technician noted that the problem was the defrost heater assembly again. Now, the job is "on hold". Meanwhile, my tenants have food spoiling in a warm refrigerator, and every customer service rep I have spoken to has told me something different. I specifically told the customer service supervisor to just charge me for the repair. If I am owed a credit because the job is covered under warranty, we can worry about that later. I consider this to be an emergency because it involves people's food, and your company's lack of urgency or communication is unacceptable.

Fats and efficient
Justin arrived on time, despite my street being blocked by another vehicle. He was able to diagnose the problem (a faulty sensor) within 10 minutes. He had the part on his truck and made the replacement.
