The tech was unfamiliar with my GE dryer and charged more than expected without resolution. Then proceeded to provide me with an absorbent amount of money to repair the unit that was beyond its value and expected me to pay sales tax when I live in a no sales tax state. He also left my laundry room a mess. I would never use this service again. Total wasted of money.

I had purchased a new shower head and planned to install it myself. However, the combo rain shower + hand held device, with multiple control options, looked more complicated than any I had done before. So I kept waiting to find time to tackle it, but when I had a guest coming I decided to try getting help from a Puls expert. So glad I did. Eli expertly installed the unit and explained its operation. Wish I had gotten his help earlier.

Making the appointment with puls was easy. Farid came, assessed the problem, and fixed it immediately. Very knowledgeable and explained the problem in detail. Thank you, Farid and puls.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They sent someone to address cleaning our washing machine because of residue and buildup. The machine is only 5 years old. He took a fully functional/operating machine and left it disassembled. I even had to show him how to remove the drum! That should have been my sign to terminate the service call. I heard banging - for what I do not know. When I asked if everything was okay, his response was "yes". However, moments later he gathered his tools and hurriedly left telling me that he had to order a part and would return. Upon closer inspection I could see that he had damaged the parts by trying to force them back together (the banging). Then he lied to the home office that rust prevented him from reassembling it. When I contacted their customer service, they told me that I was wrong and verbatim "We believe the technician". They said they would send another technician, but I would have to pay for the service. I told them, "I could go find a kid give them a hammer and let them destroy my appliances for less money!" This is not a good business model that they operate, and customer service comes secondary to appeasing their incompetent technicians.

Puls is a great service. The referral was easy and I didn’t get a gazillion phone calls from every repair service in town. Mundrell was AWESOME! He showed me what was wrong and fixed it expertly. I HIGHLY recommend!!

If I could give less than 1 I would. 6PM appointment...at 5:45 my daughter said there is a "creepy guy" parked on the street in front of the house. I go check and see on my phone a call from puls that the technician had arrived (apparently 30 minutes early), but never knocked on the door...just creeped around on the street. I also had a voicemail message that the appointment was cancelled. I yelled out to the guy "are you the fridge guy?" he said he was...talked to him for a second, he said it will be like $500 BEFORE he even stepped inside or looked at my fridge. I said, "no thanks, goodbye"...and am going to refuse even paying their $89 appointment fee because THEY cancelled it because their "creepy" repair guy didn't knock on the door, just lingered in the street, and I didn't happen to be by my phone a half hour early. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Mohamed is wonderful to work with. He is very Conscientious and genuinely cares about fixing the issues. I highly recommend him. Took multiple attempts to resolve the issue and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I wanted to know what was wrong and why. The guy said the compressor was bad. And no reason why it went out. I did not want to have it just go out on a replacement unit. So the why is important.
Y'all charged tax on the labor. Labor is not taxable in the state of Texas. So a refund is due. Lastly, when I tried to pay you wanted me to sign a document to your terms. I was just paying you and my agreement for credit card use is not with you it is with the credit card company. You have your own agreement with the credit card processing and can not try to change the agreement through me. I think this may be a violation of your agreement with the credit card company. So I paid the guy through zelle.

I booked a dishwasher repair through Puls. Since then, a series of troubling events unfolded involving a technician—hired through one of their lead partners—who engaged in unprofessional, threatening, and ultimately fraudulent behavior. This included:

- Taking $455 payment for a repair that was never completed
- Creating a hostile and unsafe environment for my wife during the follow-up visit
- Threatening my wife pay more than what was ever agreed
- Refusing to provide company credentials or proof of completed service
- Breaking the appliance beyond repair despite claims of repair

Further investigation has revealed that this individual has a criminal record of fraud (felony deposit account fraud and firearm possession during a crime) and was operating in customers’ homes under Puls’ system. We have filed a police report, and another service provider has confirmed that the dishwasher is now beyond repair because of the damage caused by the technician sent by Puls.

In other words: Puls sent someone into my home who threatened my wife, demanded payment under duress, and didn’t just fail to fix the dishwasher—he made it worse. We now have to replace it entirely out of pocket.

Despite calling Puls' customer service team several times, my wife and I have not received any timeline for resolution, refund or even an apology.

Though the service was very expensive, Max did a great job. I was comfortable having him in my home, he did what he said he would do, and my washer is working properly again.
