Puerto Rico Car Transport Anmeldelser

El servicio excelente y el personal muy amable.

Fue un proceso llevadero, en general fue una buena experiencia, gracias.

The car arrived at destination in good condition. The personel was very helpful and kind.

Efficient; responsible.

Being this was the first time for me shipping my vehicle. I was somewhat on edge of not knowing what to expect. I heard of the frustration it could be with the back and forth with the paperwork.

However I was kept informed of every move from Jacksonville, Florida to Puerto Rico. Upon arrival the process streamlined and the import tax paid and the next day my vehicle was released in time for the weekend. Thanks again

Vehicle was delivered in a timely manner great people working in Puerto Rico and New York also ms.Aguilera was very helpful on the phone Thank You all..

I would give negative stars if it was possible. Terrible customer service, they never answer, leaving you on hold for almost an hour, they lie about the status of delivery, they experience “delay” after “delay” with only a sorry to show for it and no transport. Car has been held for almost a month, and all I get is lies and future dates. Better name for this company is Puerto Rico Car Jackers . Worst experience ever. They don’t have the decency to even compensate you for their complete incompetence and huge inconvenience, or better yet, be transparent and truthful about their limitations. Wish the company was decent enough or had the integrity to return the money and/or cover for the plane ticket to get the car yourself, as they can’t seem to do the job they promise they are experts at doing.

Excellent service no complaints

My firsts interactions with Ralph, helpful and friendly guy 5 stars. The 3,4 and 5 I talked with 2 ladies, that they sounds like I was annoying them, one of them barely hear her and don’t want to help. If the ladies were my first interaction I wouldn’t trust the company for shipping my vehicle. Communication by email and information of the status of my process great

Very nice polite and helpful folks with no drama. Honesty is a quality they possess.

fast shipping very nice staff good price very helpful good comunication

My experience with this business was extremely good, they directed me to an easy way to transport my vehicle to Puerto Rico. Very professional in all aspects.

The whole experience was excellent, From the moment they picked up my car from my apartment until they delivered it to the port. My car was delivered without any problem and they met the delivery time

It was a great experience with you guys thanks for the Email and phone calls.

After you do your part: shipping paper work completion and car delivery to Crowley (in my case), you will receive your car delivered to you flawlessly, at your delivery adress and on time. Excellent service.

Excelente servicio muy amable

The attention provided to my transport issues was great. The follow up, pick up and courtesy to myself was awesome! They even provide me with someone to carry on the final destination procedures.

Professional

Happy I used them. There weren’t any surprises. They were sure to get me the an amount I was to expect to pay in taxes once my car was here, something no other company informed me of outside of telling me I have to pay taxes on the car. The amount was a little over what I had to pay, but I MUCH rather that than not having been ready like with other companies. The process was easy, they responded to any questions I had very quickly and my car was in Puerto Rico in a week. Ended up being an easy process
