Very Smooth Process
Easy process. Follow the instructions given and the shipment will be simple. They are always available if you have questions. Ask them early to avoid missing deadlines or having to rush to get things done.

Picking up my car was really fast and flawless. The instructions at Puerto Rico can improve. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Do not use this company.
Puerto Rico car transport had my vehicle picked up at my home on Feb 14 2022. I went to pick it up on Mar 10. The fuel was completely gone including the filter. 2003 Dodge Cummins. The batteries were completely dead and although I had a mechanic look at it at the port I ended up getting a tow truck to deliver the vehicle to my house. After months of trying to find a mechanic including the dealership I ended up researching and fixing the problem myself. They had fried my ECM and TIPM. The insurance strung me along to this point and them because I wanted her to respond more than once every 2 weeks she denied my claim. I spent six months without a vehicle because of their negligence. I filed a complaint with the BBB. On Nov 20, 2024 I got a message that they had responded, probably hoping that I would not see it and the BBB would mark it as resolved. They said they would pay the damages but did not respond to my emails so I reopened the case with the BBB on Jan 3 2025. The BBB contacted them and they called me to confirm my address which they already had and could have sent me a check at any time for 200.00. I sent them the receipts for the parts and that is all I was asking for and they refused and said I must vacate the complaint. Not likely.
It was damage caused by your company incorrectly jumping my vehicle after you ran it out of fuel. The damage was caused while the vehicle was in your care and you refuse to take responsibility. I asked for the exact cost of my receipts 1799.00. If I had been able to get someone else to fix it it would have been easily over 5000.00. I have been more than reasonable with you.

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your 2003 Dodge after its delivery in 2022. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you.
As outlined in our agreement prior to transport, mechanical functions—such as batteries or other interior components—are not covered. This policy exists because it’s not feasible for the carrier to perform a full mechanical inspection of a vehicle’s internal systems at pickup. This is particularly important for older vehicles, which may have limited life left in certain components.
Even though we were under no contractual obligation, we offered $200 in good faith to resolve your initial claim, which matched the full amount requested. After this claim was approved, additional claims were submitted requesting more compensation for items explicitly excluded from coverage in the signed agreement.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and wish you all the best moving forward.

Puerto Rico car transport respondió inmediatamente a mi pedido de estimado. El Sr.Ralph dió seguimiento y me indicó día cercano disponible para envío de mi automóvil. Debido a que no tengo muchas destrezas y conocimiento tecnológico para completar documentos en sistema tuve algo de dificultad, tramite todos los documentos y los envié, hubo confusión de si el vehículo podría salir el día acordado pero se resolvió con Jessica, una vez recibió la afidávit.
El auto llegó en 8 días a su destino, para mi todo fue muy rápido y estoy satisfecha con el servicio.

I loved it
I loved it, got here quicker than my things that I sent and it got here a couple days early as well. They picked it up and everything was simple plus I was able to track it. First time shipping my car and everything went smoothly.
