Whenever I had any questions, my tutor was always on hand to offer help and guidance. I’m really pleased with the support I received and would highly recommend T

I recently completed the Understanding Mental Health Level 3 course under the guidance of tutor Marilyn Cambridge.

This is such an important course, I feel genuinely equipped with the knowledge and skillset necessary to integrate this understanding into my professional career. The approach is practical, providing tangible skills that go beyond theory.

Marilyn, my tutor, was simply excellent. She provided useful and insightful feedback, and showed incredible flexibility and support during times when I was struggling.

I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain a practical, deeper understanding of mental health.

At first I was really not enjoying my experience completing my L3 in Health and Social Care due to my tutor being very unsupportive. However, when I requested to change tutors, I was listened to and the 2nd tutor (Julie) was so much better, more supportive and actually made the experience enjoyable.

It's a great Institute to learn . Definitely recommend anyone who is looking forward to enrol for courses at this institute . Great Tutors , very helpful , always available and very professional approach . SO does the Admin team , very supportive .

the training was really helpful and help was available whenever needed.

I have felt very well supported throughout my diploma. My assessor is incredibly knowledgable and when I was promoted to Team Leader she provided additional resources and support to help my personal development. Amazing training provider. I would choose them again for sure.

Really wanted to give 5stars but 4 seemed adequate. I started my course in education and development in march 2023 I have just finished due to multiple tutor changes through no fault of PTS . I would like to highly thank Sophie and Angela for all of their dedication and hard work

It has really given me more confidence in myself.

I would like to share how much I have appreciated the support of my assessor, Cole Miller, during my Level 2 Certificate in Adult and Social Care. He has been an excellent teacher—patient, understanding, and always willing to give me the time I needed to complete my assignments, especially as I have a very busy job. His guidance has made the learning process much easier and more enjoyable.

I am very grateful for his assistance and I am really looking forward to working with him again as I progress onto my Level 3.

I have completed the Early Years Educator Level 3 recently. My tutor and assessor were very supportive. They have outstanding teaching skills, and knowledge to guide us until end of the course.

Really enjoyed the course. I Iearned plenty.

My experience was top tier, I felt well supported throughout. My tutor was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. I felt a real sense of achievement and fulfilment by the end.

My tutor Sharon Jenner has been consistently supportive and approachable.Sharon took the time to understand my learning style and her encouragement has kept me motivated through the more difficult parts of the course. Thank you Sharon for helping through this apprenticeship.

Thanks so much for support from tutor Julie, she’s amazing, professional, and very helpful.

When i started this course, i had a different tutor and towards the end of the course, my tutor was changed to Marilyn Cambridge and honestly I wouldn’t have asked for a better tutor. She tutored me through everything and made me comfortable . Corrected my mistakes and the feedbacks shaped me. Thank you Marilyn Cambridge, you are far too kind, a great teacher and friend.

Very helpful tutor

The feedback provided by tutor helped me to gain knowledge about minor aspects to improve my writing.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tutor than Cole Miller. His support, patience, and constant encouragement made all the difference throughout my Level 3 journey. No matter the time or day, he was always there ready to help, explain things clearly, and give that extra push when I needed it most. His belief in me kept me going even when I doubted myself. I genuinely don’t think I could’ve completed this without his help. Thank you, Cole you didn’t just guide me through the course, you helped me believe in myself.

I have had a great experience working with my tutor Sophie Lizard. She has been an amazing support through gaining my level 3 in early years and has gone above and beyond to help me with my learning journey, and gaining my diplomas took me on halfway through my course and caught me up in such a short space of time, helping me to pass in time. Sophie always advocated for me when I struggled or when I needed extra time or help on an assignment, and has been so patient.
