How to be a confident speaker
I attended a really useful webinar hosted by Sally on being a confident speaker. Sally was engaging and seemed to genuinely be passionate in wanting to help people overcome their fear about speaking in public. Supporting Your New Trainees Webinar
A useful webinar session focusing on Trainee induction and development. Julie was fantastic with communication and organisation. Nadine directly reached out pre-event and post-event, which strengthened the warm tone that was set throughout.
The discussion explored empathy mapping from a trainee and managers perspective, and we shared ideas on things we can do to enhance the trainee introduction process. The improvements we will make should strengthen long-term retention rates, leading to return on investment and cost savings for the firm.

Sally was a great host
Sally was a great host, she spoke in a calm voice and made sure to make it interactive. I enjoyed her example, it was difficult when split into pairs as my pair didn't communicate and would have preferred a wider group.
