Visited Prop Store ahead of their auction to check out what was going to be sold this year, and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience! Had a tour set up by Jamie and was shown around by Sam - both of whom were incredibly helpful and full of knowledge about the props and film in general, so a real pleasure all round.

Would recommend to anyone with an interest in film/tv and memorabilia

Super-helpful and friendly staff, selling amazing memorabilia across many franchises and interests. Nothing is too much trouble for them, if they don't know something, they find out. Sadly, I cannot say the same for the awful FedEx delivery company, but that is in NO WAY the fault of Propstore. I would recommend Propstore to anyone looking to build their collection.

Propstore contacted me after i sent the sentence above. Their quick explanation that my posters were not included in this auction caused me to change my experience to 5 stars.

I've picked up a few things over the years from both the UK and LA locations. There is a lot of care, detail and artistry that goes into creating these items that you just don't see on the screen. I find they are just lovely. Items are always well packed and shipping has been dependable. If they have any concerns or questions they reach out immediately. If you're picking up auction items, the process is very transparent, you can stream the live auction or follow the feed and they are very attentive to the bidders.

Working with Propstore is an amazing experience. I have bought a number of items from both the UK and the LA Propstore locations and both experiences are stellar. You can trust these folks cause they know what they are doing and that is true across the board. You always get a friendly/helpful manner where all questions are addressed and all concerns are taken care of....it is a pleasure to deal with these folks...professional in everyday!!! Thanks

Had a minor issue with a screw missing for my display. After a little back & forth explaining the situation propstore in the end did go above & beyond. My issue was more than resolved, they’ve certainly earned my future business!

Expensive shipping fees and slow shipping turn around, but they have good product. Sometimes you have to dance with the devil in the pale moonlight.

3rd visit to propstore, and never disappoints. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the tour is always very enjoyable. So much cool stuff!!! Hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

I have dealt with Propstore on many occasions. I have purchased quite a few items from both their London office and their Los Angles office. I consider them to be at the very forefront when it comes to movie props. Their knowledge and thorough research of the items they sell always amaze me. When I have dealt with them, they have always been quick to reply, and to ship the items I have purchased. The items are well packaged, and in the described condition. I have also visited their London office for a tour of their facility. Not to purchase anything (although I eventually did), but just to satisfy my inner movie prop nerd. In every instance their service has been impeccable, and during my visit I was overwhelmed by their hospitality. I have no doubt that I will purchase many items from them in the future, and I highly recommend them!

I’ve bought a few items from propstore, they’ve always been helpful and the website is very easy to navigate and they reply very promptly to any questions asked.

This is for the London Office. I live in the USA. On their auction site they urge you to contact them to get a shipping quote for the Lot(s) that your interested in. " We strongly advise all bidders to request a shipping quote prior to bidding." Well I sent three (3) requests for about a 16 x20 animation art framed piece Lot 392 in their 02/08/2024 auction. They state they will get back to you in one day. Well the first two (2) requests were done about a couple of weeks prior to the auction and the third was done a few days prior. NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION BACK. As not wanting to get gouged if I won the lot I DID NOT BID ON THE LOT THEREFORE THE CONSIGNOR LOST A BIDDER. Now anyone who follows auctions know that all it needs is one other bidder who wants the item and the skies the limit on how high a Lot may go for. I seen at another auction site where a Carrotblanca Bugs Bunny production cel which normally goes for around $400 went for 10x that amount a few years back.
So Prop Store may have lost on a bigger commission and the consignor may have lost out on a bigger payday. Just For Your Information

RESPONSE TO PROP STORE: On 01/28/24 AT 11:56AM New York Time, I sent a request in thru that very email address- "support..." and then again on 02/05/24 same email address and the other attempt was actually thru YOUR WEBSITE ON THE ACTUAL LOT PAGE BACK IN JANUARY WHILE I WAS LOGGED IN.

How to turn 5k investment into $2,300.00. Sell through PropStore. I received some of the money you agreed to pay. Still haven't received full payment. Not sure how you do business but I'm not impressed.

You had a lackluster effort trying to sell my item. You said when you receive payment in full. I will receive it. I sent you this item in the summer of 2023. This is still not settled. Say what you will but there are many flaws in how you handled all of this.
