I recently dealt with Joshua Burr who has been excellent throughout the whole process. He has been very prompt with responses and managed to book viewings without any hassle.

Well, I am a writer by profession, but to be honest, I am stumped about what to say. I can only sing the praises of Josh Burr who was fantastic from start to finish and went well out of his way to make sure he did his best to deal with my needs in a very personalised way. It was nice to be treated as a person rather than a number or a client.

Very Helpful staff, sort out things promptly and efficiently, I usually receive their responses within a day. Special thanks for Mr Leland he helped a lot during the process, wish your business great success

CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM AND AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!
This people will put your house in the market for months and won't do anything to get buyers and then they have the audacity to say that your house is not selling because you need to reduce the price??? (BELOW MARKET VALUE???). When our house was put in the market by a local agency, it was sold in 4 days! they are incompetent and the lack of professionalism is shocking specially from Alison Lane. It's absurd the commission that they receive for doing absolutely nothing! Avoid at all costs!

Georgia Cannell was brilliant throughout the whole process of when I first showed interest in the property. She was available when I needed help, happy to answer all my questions and she was very friendly and personable. She really has kicked off my first time buying experience with a positive! Thank you so much for all your help.

I dealt with Property Solutions Group concerning a probate sale. My initial contact was Harriet Gold. I must say she provided excellent service, she was approachable and efficient always keeping me informed during a difficult time.

My fist contact with Property Services was January 2022 when I became executor of my mother’s Will, which included responsibility for her property in the UK up to the sale in October 2022.

Living overseas could have been problematic for me but my worries were soon abated. Initially I spoke with Darren Parfitt, and he quickly put me on to the right department.

There were two ladies I was in constant contact with, Abbie Baker and Harriet Burgess. They both worked efficiently and professionally, giving excellent advice when it was needed. They responded to my emails straight away and were both lovely ladies. They were always cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever a problem. It has certainly been a pleasure to work with you both.

Without question I would fully recommend Property Services to do regular property checks on vacated property. The reports received are extremely detailed which include an up to date photo of the property along with services readings.
