Danielle was exceptional from start to finish. She was always on hand, kept me fully updated at every stage, and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Her marketing was next level — smashed it on social media, created a brilliant video for the property, and generated strong interest straight away. We had multiple buyers and the flat was sold in under two weeks.

What really impressed me was the effort and communication. Danielle even spoke to my solicitor before I had the chance to — that says everything about her commitment. I always felt in the loop, and once the buyer was secured, the deposit was taken quickly and the process moved smoothly and professionally.

I tried to sell my property with them in 2022/2023. In the end, I cancelled the sale, the property was sorted etc. Till nowadays, their sign is still up!

I told them multiple times to take it down! But the sign is still there!

Also, I was recently interested in buying a property through them. They had the audacity to tell me there's no homebuyers report because the property is part of a portfolio sale. This is absolutely illegal, a total scam and as far as I'm aware only a guy called Ajay Ahuja, so notorious with his property scams, even BBC knows him, uses this excuses to "sell" property.

So stay away from this company. It's impossible to get rid of their "for sale" sign and most recently, seem to be involved with scammers

Good post sale customer services from the team.

Poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and incorrect advertising descriptions. Cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period but they ignored it at first, then tried to make us pay an exit fee.

As a result, our flat stayed advertised for months after we’d cancelled. Instead of taking it down, they messed about with the price on Rightmove and completely ignored our calls and formal emails. Proper unprofessional — it made our place look like a joke and very hard to sell. It caused us a lot of stress and a waste of time, and led to financial loss.

The listing only finally came down after we complained to Rightmove and the Property Redress Scheme got involved. I have all of this documented and confirmed by the PRS.
Avoid!!!

As any other auctioneer, they are sharks. Take enourmous fee, not just on the buyer but also on the seller side. Hideous business!!!
