No reply from company after 2 orders arrived damaged
Ordered the blackout dash kit for 2021 Tesla Model 3. First one arrived damaged, replacement order also arrived damaged. Was advised another replacement was going to be sent out but no order created.
Now 4 months since original order and only have 2 damaged pieces to show for it.
Proleep support email is only sending an AI autoresponse to request for an update or refund.
No response if I use the report an issue options on the order and they don't accept messages on Instagram from everyone so cant contact them on that.

Blackout Kit Gen 3 for Tesla Model 3 looks and feels amazing! Everything was packaged up very nicely and safely. Installation was very easy too! Well worth the price if you want a classy and seamless look, brings the interior together as there's no more wood. Highly recommed to anyone.

Wooden Dashboard irreparably damaged
The dashboard was defective. They sent me a new one, but removing the old one damaged the wood beyond repair. I tried to ship it to Portugal for a refund, but shipping was 60% of the product price. I wrote to them, but they disappeared. I hope removing the pieces from the doors doesn't damage the wood. Never again.

Our Dashboard Cover is designed specifically for your vehicle model and should not cause any damage if installed and removed following our provided instructions. We’ve served thousands of customers with this product without reports of damage when the correct procedures are followed.
As for the return process, our policy is publicly available on our website and clearly states:
“Please keep in mind, that we don’t cover the return shipping costs. (…) Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. A full refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.”
We understand international shipping can be costly, which is why we always encourage customers to review the policy before initiating a return.

Beware this company
Beware this company. Tried to return product and they told me to mail back from united states to Portugal giving no help with international shipping procedures. I just kept the unused unopened product. Horrible experience

I was a bit sceptical on the quality and fit, but I have to say the quality is truly excellent and the fitting is easy and absolutely perfect alignment, it really compliments the rest of the dash.
Delivery was approx 5 working days, I’m very pleased

I have yet to receive my purchase. It’s taken extremely long. There is no tracking # and no clear view on why this is taken so long.

The shipping method you selected at checkout clearly states an estimated delivery window of 12–24 business days after processing, which means your order is still well within the promised timeframe.
We also sent you a tracking link, which shows an estimated delivery date of tomorrow, April 8th. If faster shipping was desired, an express option was available at checkout for only $3.99, with delivery within 10 days.
