It was great to see Mr Rickie Meade again this morning. He came and replaced a new inverter and got it working again. Brilliant job done.
He’s great second to none, pleasant and professional.

Rickie Meade-Excellent service, arrived on time, diagnosed problem immediately and made the repair. Friendly, explained what the problem was and what he had done and checked that all was working.

From the get go, Adam’s customer centred approach, was knowledgeable, professional and selling style was non-aggressive in delivery. We made an informed decision about our new system. The support team, called regularly to check in and made sure we were comfortable with everything. The scaffolding guys had everything up in a matter of hours. The installers: Dan, Harry and Harrison executed a professional, efficient and cohesive effort that delivered to an excellent standard.

You are the best service provider i have ever dealt with. Even when some of solar panels arrived broken you managed to get replacement panels within hours so they could be put upwithout impacting the rest of the team.

From the day when the surveyor came to meet us and discuss all the pros and cons and explained every detail and booked a date for the scaffolding to be errected and the date of installation. Then the day of installation the workmen worked very hard with little disruption, the electrician explained things as he worked along, after a few hours it was all complete. There was an issue which one of the workman came back a few days later to sort out. The customer services and information is amazing with all the relevant contact information to hand. The app we needed to install to show how it is all working was explained by the electrician. It is great to see already after a week how much energy has been generated already and how little is now being taken from the national grid. Very pleased with the fantastic service.

Completed the installation swiftly, all very polite and friendly.

The first part was handled well.

The second phase of getting the scaffolding wasn’t as smooth. They didn’t turn up when they were scheduled and my install was pushed back a week.

The installation of the panels and internal works I couldn’t fault. They were superb!

So with all this crazy social media ads of going solar, I thought i would also give it a shot and see what all the shouting was about. I contacted a company called SPF ( solar power funding) who made an appointment with "Project Solar" Robert came round and made himself at home 😂 very well presented and polite. He was prepared for lots of questions. And that's exactly what we did. After looking into everything, from how many panels, to what they generated, to questions about winter sun and energy. He then looked at my bills and said wow....your a very low user. They were just interested in the energy I used, not the complete bill. I don't use alot of electricity because I can't. Unlike most companies, he decided to advise us on not having the system installed. Because it wouldn't save me alot. At the end of the day...it's all about maths. I love project solar warranty, the concept of adding value to a property, and the fact they can monitor how much solar you produce and if any of the panels failed. He wasn't a pushy sales person. Robert was there to advise. Well done! Finally a company that is honest.

If your bills are £60 or more give them a call. Just make sure you remove the charge and are only looking at the energy costs.

Provided all the information, and answered all question, great customer Service and installation teams

First, no pressure to sign up, informative but not too sales. Second, installers were polite and respectfull, explained options as not all of the installation was straight forwatd. Third a neat and tidy finish with minimal intrusion and drilling of roofs and walls.

Just had solar panel installed and the whole process on installation day was very smooth and slick. Received email from project solar a few days beforehand, saying installation team would arrive between 8 & 10am. Electricians were onsite at 8.30am and set to work straight away, Solar panel installation team were there shortly afterwards. Each team worked with enthusiasm and expertise. In no time at all panels were fitted and shortly afterwards electricians had system connections up and running. Throughout both teams explained how they were working and what they were doing. Very pleased with how they did the work. 5⭐️Mention to install teams, electrical: Javan & Dave, Solar panel team: Alan & Ciaron. Also scaffolding team who arrived few days before so work could start as planned. Here’s to savings on electric ⚡️.

The instalation was very quickly done and with no disruption.The installers Bogdan & Razvan were both profesional and courtious and explained the whole system set up very clearly.Top marks to them both.

Booked on the Monday, scaffold up on the Thursday, Solar panels installed and commissioned on the Friday.

As a customer, I can't ask for much more than that.

The selling phase was marred by hard sell tactics and initially excessive prices that were unnecessary. The products and warranties are very good and sell themselves, the communication was good and the installers were terrific.
