Project Solar's sales rep. (Megan) arrived well prepared & explained in detail what was required to meet our needs.
We can't fault any of the people who carried out the installation in a very professional manner. From the time the scaffolding was installed until the end where we were shown how to view production etc. on both our PC and mobile phone. The various contractors worked very well together and were very friendly.

Today we had Bogdan and Razvan install our solar panels. The guys were very friendly, respectful and tidy what a credit to your company.

What a blast from the past to experience a company with such exceptionally good old british values. Right from the outset they demonstrated impressive levels of expertise and professionalism, politeness, understanding, experience and even wit. The price was good, the equipment excellent, and the fitters who installed the kit were a pair of good old fashioned grafters, which is rare these days. I highly recommend Project Solar to anyone who is fed up with paying silly energy prices, but who wants decent kit.

As you must be aware the system was only installed yesterday some I can only comment on the way in which it was installed

They were very polite and the installation was carried out very professionally

Everything was left clean and tidy

These guys are fantastic to deal with. Start to finish since I moved into my house they have been so helpful at helping me set up the panels.Ricky M was incredible when he came round to sort everything out. Having known friends who’ve had some ongoing issues with their installation, . Would definitely recommend these guys

There was a fault with our original install. Rickie Meade came to fix the issue at very short notice and swiftly fixed the issue. Professional, tidy and friendly. 10/10

Mis-sold as self-funding. Total nonsense. Cost me £124/month over 10 years to buy. Typically got back around £300 to £350 per year on feed in tariff and at best saved approximately £30/month on electric. Based on this we were down £65 a month or £7780 times ver 10 years. RIP off. Do your research. Self-funding it absolutely is not. The only ones benefiting from my panels are the new owners of my property after selling recently.

From the first meeting to the installation day it has all gone so smoothly. The team that arrived on the day, one week after our meeting with the sales rep, were extremely friendly, informative and tidy. They arrived on time, 8:20am, and had finished everything by 3pm. We had 10 panels fitted on our roof, there was an issue with the tiles on the roof but the installer talked it through and found a way to secure the panels safely and tidily.
The rest of the team completed the set up of the battery, inverter and the car charger. They talked through everything and set us up with the app.Then they cleaned up and left making sure we were happy with everything. An exceptional team. The battery is fully charged within 24 hrs. Very happy customer.

Just had Solar Panels and a Battery installed. Great quality equipment, excellent installation team, and a professional, experienced customer service team.

Ricky arrived examined system, and was very professional.

Five star very impressed with their knowledge although their workforce was very well informed as to what was happening I knew all the details and technical questions I was firing at them. They did a superb job. It really was first class. I could not recommend them as much I know there are others on the market but with the guarantees future proofing and service and technical know how I felt very comfortable indeed paying a little more looking forward to my utilities being very little indeed

Poor Execution
While the finished install is good took 4 weeks instead of the promised 2 days. And the reasons were all within project solar's control other than high wind on one day so not sure why we had to put up with the poor planning and control. Installation once done is working well, but still can't move to getting paid for our energy for up to 45 days without the DNO details. Also recommended them to a neighbour but their quote for a smaller system than ours was 40% more expensive only 6 months later which is taking the piss.

Project solar kept me informed all the way very efficient and the guys were great
