A good response to what could have been a major problem.
Request for test sets were sent promptly as requested.
We had a slight problem with one test kit in that the code number on the box that allowed us to carry out the Covid test on line failed to register and stopped us from carrying out the Covid test. Being a Sunday evening it caused some concern due to custom services closing at 5 pm and we carried out the test at 8 pm.
We managed to contact custom services first thing Monday (8 am ). and they gave us a new code number which allowed us to enter the next step of the Covid test and send off the test results.
An e mail confirming that the sample had pasted was quickly sent back to us and we were all set for an early departure the following day.

All the queries I had before and after ordering the tests were answered quickly and efficiently to reassure me of the process. Nurse Rhoby who did the video observed test was very helpful and took myself and my wife through the test with a very efficient and pleasant manner. The video appointment was picked up right on time with no delay in answering. I would highly recommend this company for remote Covid testing

Straightforward process
We ordered to supervised LFT’s for travel. Arrived next day, instructions via email very clear, set up an online profile (easy) and booked our video calls (also easy). Call was clear and easy to follow and Nurse Ben was very patient and helpful. Results came through to email within 30 mins. Seamless process, thanks. And a bargain I feel at just £30 each.

I bought 3 lateral flow test kits,,,,
I bought 3 lateral flow test kits, the results of which were needed for a cruise I had booked. The kits arrived next day. Using the Utube video, the instructions were easy to follow and the results arrived within the hour of upload. What more can I ask for?
